Hi all,


Im posting my program here to log my program and get some insights.


I am 38, with child previously breastfed.

Left with saggy boobs.


I am on MMS soy and flaxseed program now. Have not had any tingles or seen any improvements except that my pee smells good.. like matcha tea haha

I added USP progesterone cream, didnt see any changes to permanent size except for boobs rounding.


I have now added BO to my program.

Tincture : 15 drops AM, 10 drops mid day, 15 drops night.

I take protein shakes 2 scoops daily.


I pump almost daily for 1hr with heat and massage before pumping.


With the BO Im getting stabbing pains in right boobs on and off. Could be a good sign.


I have a stash of ibutamoren. Im contemplating whether to add this in now or wait for a few cycles.


My measurements:

Saggy 34.5~34.8 inch (fluctuating) CD7

Under boobs 27inch


I hope to grow to a full round 37inches. But I would be happy with a 36.6inches too.



Any advice on my proposed program would be appreciated:)!

I’m trying to avoid herb pills as much as possible as I’m only 18 and a half so don’t want to mess up my hormones as I may potentially still be growing (one can dream Big Grin" alt="Big Grin" title="Big Grin"> ).  I started my period when I was 11, and honestly think my boobs stopped growing at 13. 


I’m a 32A at a stretch, right breast leaves gaps in 32A bras, left breast fills it. I am 5”7 and about 124 pounds so I’ve got quite a slim figure in that I have slim legs (but quite muscly thighs but I play rugby so that’s probably why), a toned stomach, but my arms and upper body area are literally like a stick. I have an alright ass for my size but then it just looks a bit stupid with my lack of boobs. 


I went to VS about a year ago and the lady said I was a 30B but I think she just said that to make me feel more confident and to buy something, but I always wear the tightest setting on my 32 band bras with ease but bra sizing confuses me as one 32A bra fits fine but another just has gaps (tend to be the underwired one as my breasts are fuller at the bottom then at the top). 


Lol sorry I literally am just telling you all about me. I’m on the combined BC pill right now but didn’t notice any increase in breast growth when I started going on it. But for that reason I don’t intend to cycle anything as I don’t have an ‘actual cycle’. 


I ordered BreastActives but thank god I found this site as am now sending them back unopened as I’m not going to waste money on something that’s purely a scam. I find it disgusting how people actually take money to write fake reviews, like you’re literally playing on someone’s insecurity to make money out of it Angry" alt="Angry" title="Angry">


Anyway rant over! I guess I’m here just to seek out advice from you guys as you all know how it feels to not be satisfied with your breasts.

I need to shut up now, here’s my proposed program!

Morning:

  • Vitamin C and Vitamin D tablets (take these anyway).

  • Fat glass of soy milk

  • 25g of flaxseeds

  • 15 minute massage with flaxseed oil- wasn’t too keen on fenugreek as I’ve read it can cause weight gain in other places and I can't afford that if it doesn't go to my boobs Wink" alt="Wink" title="Wink">


Evening:

  • 15 minute massage with flaxseed oil

  • 30 minutes of listening to binaural beats.



Any advice would be really appreciated as I think you’re all amazing for sharing your programs and supporting each other through what can be slow progress. In particular if you guys have any specific massage techniques and binaural beats that you love!!! I’ve tried clicking links on here to videos but I think because the posts are from around 2013 the links no longer exist.. Sad" alt="Sad" title="Sad">

I've been lurking for a while and researching to come up with a program for myself. I decided to start a thread to record and share my progress as well as seek advice along the way. I'm not an expert by any means and still have a lot to learn, but I hope whoever stumbles on this thread will find the information helpful. Here is the program I've created, it's inspired by a combination of a few members' programs.


10 AM (on an empty stomach)

- (follicular) 100 mg PM

- (luteal) 1/4 tsp PC

2 PM (with meal)

Notes:

- The dosages are according to the bottles' instructions

- I will tweak the program as need and update it here

- I take bbt at 6 AM and massage around 15 minutes twice a day

Hey, everyone!


I'll introduce myself, I’m 21 years old, I am from Brazil and I really want to increase my boobs, I’m not sure about their size because here we have a different way to count it. but they are really small.


I’ve bought PM from biovea and I’ve been taking it twice a day, for 32 days but it have messed up my period, and also a couple days ago I found this forum! So, if you could help me sending me some threads or saying about yours, whats do you recomend!!!

So I've decided to post my program even if I'm still experimenting so I can keep track of things.


Morning: 15 min Female Deer massage, MSM 1000 g


Lunch: 500 g Fenugreek, 15 g flaxseed


Around 3 PM: BCP, MSM 1000 g


Night: 500 g Fenugreek, 15 g flaxseed, 15 min Female Deer massage


Also when I shower I do 300 rotations of chi with flaxseed oil and during the day I drink 2 or 3 cups of fennel or spermint tea.

I've started massaging a month and a half ago and after two weeks I've started with the flaxseed, MSM and fennel tea, ten days ago I started taking Fenugreek. I've grwon a little less than an inch since the start.


Some important things I'd like to specify: my bcp is a progestin only pill, it blocks ovulation in most women (me included) so I haven't had a period for several months and was very happy about it. The way it prevents ovulation is by controlling LH levels and by keeping all of the other hormones at relatively low levels I believe so that the follicle does not mature and ruptures, I see it as always being in follicular phase.

Some of the things I am taking DO interfere with my birth control. I think it is fenugreek because the day after I started taking it I felt pain in my ovary exaclty like when I ovulate so I knew I was ovulating, I got my period around a week after that. I'm not sure if it is fenugreek becasue I don't know if taking it for one day could affect your hormones that much but the other things I was taking were very low doses (flaxseed and fennel tea and not even very consistently), but I'm curious what you guys think. I also know that Fenugreek can affect the absorpion of things because it creates a sort of barrier around the digestive system, it might be that I took the pill too close to when I took the fenugreek and that was what affected its effectivness. I'm now making sure I take it at least three hours after and before I take the Fenugreek.

For now I'm going to use other contraceptive methods and then stop Fenugreek once I run out of it just so I don't waste the money I spent on it, I really don't want my painful periods back even though I undersand having a period might be important for NBE.

I had gotten growth even without the Fenugreek which I think is mostly due to massages so I don't mind stopping and sticking with the other things at lower dosages. I will see how it goes and if I'm going to get my period in the upcoming months.

Flaxseed and Fennel also fixed the dryiness I had been experiencing for several years which makes me believe I had low estrogen levels to begin with.

I originally started taking MSM for my hair not for NBE but I've included it because a lot of people use it for this purpose.


I will be stopping Fenugreek at the end of July and only take flaxseed, MSM, fennel and spearmint tea as well as doing massages daily.


Starting measurements:


Underbust: 72 cm

Bust: 82 cm (barely)


Now:


Underbust: 72 cm

Bust: 84 cm

Gained 3 cups in 5 months, I'll start to document my progress here!

Hello everyone! I'm a lurker on this wonderful forum for a while now and you all have helped me so much with your experience and knowledge! In the past five months I've increased from a large C cup to a fitting F cup, and I'm still experiencing growing pains so I'd like to think there is more to come. I will share my journey and document future progress in this thread.


About me: 23 yo/ 5'7/ 120lb/ Asian&European/ biological female. I'm moderately active (though not so much in quarantine), and have a slim build. My upper body looks slightly smaller in proportion to my lower body. I don't seem to experience estrogen dominance before I started NBE, but I suspect that my androgen levels are high (oily skin, hair loss, anxiety, etc.)


Measurements:

February: underbust 69, bust 83

April: underbust 71, bust 87

July: underbust 70, bust 91

I've also gained a bit of weight, probably 4-5lb


First program: PM only

I reacted to PM after a few days and grew about 1.5 cm (could be temporary swelling), but it did have an effect on me. My breasts were tingly and heavy. It stopped working after 2 weeks, and even caused shrinking.


Second program: PM, PC, fish oil, MSM, VitC, white peony

This program was pretty successful. I got some spotting symptoms while only on PM, so I thought the P:C ratio was wrong and incorporated PC. It worked wonders for me, and my breasts were so painful for an entire month I couldn't even touch them. The routine for this program is pretty simple:

  • PM 250mg, twice daily
  • fish oil 1g, twice daily
  • PC before bed
  • MSM 1.5g, twice daily
  • VitC 1g, after waking up
I incorporated these supplements one by one, to make sure that my body actually reacts to each one of them. Among all, I found white peony and MSM to be the most useful ones. Without white peony my eyebrows grew like wild grass, and MSM single-handedly brought a visible growth spurt in April. I've gained 6cm from this program, but when I reached 88-89cm I feel less tingling sensations and my progress slowed down a lot, so I switched program.

Current program: BO, BO nipple cream, fish oil, MSM, VitC, high protein diet, (sometimes reishi), (sometimes L-arginine)
I get instant, strong tingles after taking BO, should have done it earlier! I replaced white peony with reishi because it's not estrogenic, though I haven't thoroughly experimented on whether I react differently to WP and RS while on BO. My body temperature is normally 98.4 - 98.9. I've noticed that after a hot shower I immediately get strong growing pains, and when I set the AC too low, the tingles disappear almost simultaneously. So temperature definitely matters for BO. If your natural body temperature is low, simply wear more clothes! I did that and it worked for me.
  • Swanson BO 250mg, twice daily, 2 pills every time (I'm still experimenting on dosage, and will talk about it in a separate post)
  • BO nipple cream: keep it on for 12 hours
  • fish oil: 1g, twice daily
  • MSM: 1.5g, twice daily
  • VitC: 1g, after waking up
  • high protein diet: Mix protein powder with plain greek yogurt (30g protein in one cup), drink at least 1.5L water, plenty of fresh fruits for detox and HGH/IGF-1, limited carbs (low GI), wakame soup twice a week (supplement iodine)
  • L-arginine: newly added, not sure about its mechanism and effects yet

Here's a general summary of my journey so far. I will later post more about why I decided to add/take out some ingredients, and stuff I noticed/theories I had while experimenting with all the supplements. Having patience with boobies

Hello all! 


I have been a lurk for 1 or 2 years. I kind of tried every method that worked for some members, without listening to my own body. I've bought noogleberry (with no airlock) and pumped them so hard, that my breast were only red and hurting.

I took PM and my boobs started to SHRINK. And I would've worn the worst push up bras, that will leave marks on your boobage when you take them off at night. 


After two years giving up my journey to a larger Breast, I noticed I should listen to my OWN body and do a program that my body wants or needs. I know it took me a long time to realise it, but I have to work WITH my body and not against it. I like my boobs now but I still would feel nice to have a little more clevage.   I was anorexic in my teenage years, so I guess my body couldn't go through puberty properly, since it was laking nutrients and fats that it NEEDED to grow. (sorry for writing in caps sometimes, but it's really important haha)


I am now: 30B/C.


my goal is: 30E (but I give my the body the time it needs to get there)


My current realistic Programm is now (since I never stuck to a complicated programm for too long. I don't have time to noggle for 5 hours a day.)


Noogling whenever I have time. Mostly 4-5 days per week for 45-60 minutes. Using the 7/2 vacuum method. The swelling afterwards looks healthy and normal. no hurting, no reddness. I use the Airlock system, since it always frustrated me when the vacuum came undone at the normal noogleberry system. my boobs wouldn't hold on to the cups. So why suffer? the Airlock system works perfectly fine when I oil or use cream on my breast. (progesterone cream)


3x a week I use Swanson BO. Since I am androgen and through this also estrogen dominant (since too much androgen will be formed into estrogen in the body. That's why my boobs shrunk when I used PM because I didn't need more estrogen)



Now I also heard that massaging your breast is really important. And having enough fat in your body for hormonal production.


I used PM Oil at frist, but due to the shrinkage I stopped it. Now maybe I will use coconut oil? or jojoba oil since it can be absorbed good by the skin. I follow chiyomilks fat brushing technique. But I start to brush the fat up from my thighs, since I have more fat stored there.


I will start adding Fishoil to my diet, since I need the extra portion of fat (and omega-3 fatty acid)

PoisonIvys Journey to Developed and Symmetrical Breasts

BACKSTORY: I've pretty much been on this forum since 2014. I have one breast that is developed but small at a small B cup. My other breast is actually underdeveloped and a AA (it barely even has an areola it's so underdeveloped). My underdeveloped breast does not respond at all to weight gain or loss (even 50lbs worth), it doesn't respond to massage, and it doesn't respond to some of the herbs I've tried in the past. I've never tried the big ones like BO or PM, but I tried Wild Yam, Fenugreek, Maca, Progesterone, and Saw Palmetto several years back. I have been pumping just the small breast for a little over three weeks and this is the first time I've noticed any changes at all to it so I feel optimistic that this is the thing that will work for me. My larger breast is small but it's actually developed and responds a bit to weight changes ect because of it. 

GOALS: My first goal is to get them symmetrical which will probably take quite a bit of time on its own considering there is a two cup size difference and the small one is underdeveloped and then once that happens to turn them from small Bs into full Bs. So to be a full 32B. I have to wear a 32B because my large breast gets squashed in a 32A, but considering it's a small 32B there is still a gap in the cup. The small breast looks absolutely ridiculous and like you can fit another breast in there because there is such a large gap. It's hard to find a bra that fits when there is such a large difference. So to just be a full a symmetrical B cup would be the dream on it's own and I would be very happy, although my dream goal is a 32D.
Dream goal: My second/final dream goal once that happens is to turn them into full 32Ds. 

PROGRAM: My program is actually pretty intense, but I'm so tired of my small and underdeveloped breast that I've complained about and felt hopeless about for years and currently have a go big or go home mentality about it. 
  • Pumping: So right now I do about 10-15 minutes of heat. Then I put some cocoa butter on and pump and release 10:2 for 30 minutes. Immediately afterwards I pump and hold for 3 hours. Then I do 10-15 minutes of heat again. I don't massage anymore because I truly just don't respond at all to it and I get better swelling with my heat and then pump/release warm up then when I also had the massage as part of it. So it basically comes out to 1 hour pump and release and 6 hours of pump and hold a day= 7 hours of pumping. I do not do much suction at all. My breast turns purple/cuts off circulation way before a lot of the gauge numbers people have discussed on here, so I finally gave up on the idea that I could get to those gauge numbers, which is part of the reason I have decided to go for longer durations instead. I am getting good swelling with this program which makes me feel optimistic considering I have never noticed any changes to this breast from anything. My areola has been slightly bigger for the last few days which makes me feel optimistic that maybe I have a little bit of real growth underneath if my areola has gotten a bit bigger. Considering my breast is completely underdeveloped and barely even had an areola this is a good thing. My larger breast has a pretty large areola, so I want both the areola and breasts to be even. I am pumping every day. This might feel excessive to some, but I can only do a low pressure and there aren't any marks or anything on my breast, so it seems to be going fine for me. I actually didn't even notice the areola changes until the last week when I doubled my hours to what it is now. The pump/release warm up and then doing pump and hold seems to give me the most swelling then doing just pump/release or just pump/hold. I actually didn't really notice anything too promising when doing either of those separately. I'm not taping my nipples right now as I break out in a rash whenever I tape them. 
  • Supplements: I'm not really taking any herbs right now. My underdeveloped breast is completely unresponsive to them, so I want to "wake up" the small breast by focusing all of my effort on it for right now w/ my pumping program. I feel like if I take herbs it will just increase the asymmetricalness with my larger breast getting even larger and my smaller breast not responding at all. So for now I am just taking Red Reishi (my chin is completely broken out so I think I have high androgens), Vitamin C, and collagen.
  • Other note: This isn't part of my plan but it's worth noting that I've had a progesterone IUD for the last three years. 

POSSIBLE FUTURE PLANS: 
  • I ordered an aquarium valve and when it arrives I'm going to try to see if I can get it to do an airlock so that I can move around more while pumping and also not having to carry the pump every time I get up to use the bathroom or get a drink of water or something. I might also try to add one of those nursing bra things if it works. I'm contemplating doing up to 12 hours of pump/hold if I can get it to work and to also make pumping less annoying so that it's somewhat similar to Brava. If it doesn't work though I will likely just stick to what I'm doing. 
  • I am also considering doing a BO program in the more distant future if/when my breasts are symmetrical and both a full B. I've always felt like I'd be a good candidate for it. I would have to increase my temperature a bit, so I'd probably try Kelp and L-Tyrosine first to see if it got my temperature up. That would be in the distant future though because I'm not touching anything like that unless/until I get my breasts even or almost even.
  • I've also considered Maca for the distant future because I'd like to start weightlifting so I think it would go well with that, but it won't give me breasts as I've been on it before but it did give me more energy and I heard it's good for building muscle. Considering the world is in the middle of a global pandemic though I'm not going anywhere near a gym anytime soon, so that's why that's one of those distant future things because I'm not planning on starting weightlifting anytime soon by going to a gym and I don't have the space in my apartment to buy weights. 
  • Other notes: That is pretty much it. Other ones I tried in the backstory don't work for me and I won't ever touch PM because even low dose estrogen based birth control turned me into a hot mess. I've thought of topicals, but I don't really see any that look promising and worth the money but if I hear of any maybe that will change. 
DIET: I am trying to lose some weight. I'm a little bloated right now, so that's why the weight is in a range. I will check my weight again when I'm less bloated in a few days. Only 15-17 pounds but it is worth noting. I am usually 7-9 pounds less than I am now, so the last 8 pounds of that is closer to what I'd normally want to lose, but I've gained weight in the last few months from stress eating my way through the pandemic and I've gotten more sedentary from being trapped in my apartment. I won't be losing it quickly though. I only usually lose a pound a week when I diet, so it won't be something rapid that I think will interfere with my growth. I would like to build some muscle but I can only use bands and body weight because I don't have the room in my apartment for weights and I'm not going anywhere near a gym without a vaccine. 

STATS: 
Measurements: I will edit this later and put my stats as far as measurements go. I'm a bit bloated right now and the scale is being mean, and I'd like to measure on Friday because I have an appointment so I'll be gone in the morning/afternoon and have to miss my morning session so instead of having only 12ish hours between my nighttime session and my next session I will have about 24 hours, so it will be the closest I can get to getting an accurate measurement since more of the swelling will have gone down by then. 
Bra size: Left breast: (developed) small B. Right breast: (underdeveloped) AA.

Been Around The Block!... Now Trying Out MissMadScientist’s Flaxseed & Soy method!

I am over 50 but actually started my journey in my early 20s (yes, back in the 80's!). I have always had a small frame that gains weight easily, unfortunately it is around my hips and abdomen, and when I lose it comes off the boobs first, I have a REALLY hard time losing weight (and now just as hard maintaining a comfortable 135lb).

The women on my mother’s side of the family are all big busted (but they are also shorter and wider), my father’s side was all men but mostly taller and leaner. Both sides have thyroid issues and I as well take Armor for a low thyroid.

I believe my growth was stunted bc I became pregnant at 16 and my normal growth hormones were stopped when the pregnancy took over.

When I first looked into this Natural Breast Enhancement thing back in the 80's the only options were surgery or hypnosis, I opted for self-hypnosis and although I was not consistent, I did go from a small A to a small B cup. At that time I was 5'7" 125lb.

Skip forward (quite) a few years after 2 children, a divorce (sex addict & other issues!), a new guy (who also turned out to be a porn addict), and once again feeling very inadequate & simply "not enough" I really needed to feel good about myself again and found myself back into research on how to grow my bust, or at this point I would've just felt better if they were "fuller".

At age 46 I felt I had little hope but this time I found PM, I took (working up to) 2000mg p/day for about 2 years and had really good results! I went from a small B to a full (firm!) C cup! I felt really good where I was at and discontinued the PM in January of 2014. At this time I went into menopause and stopped having my cycle for 11 months, during this time my breasts deflated yet again and I was now a "Saggy C" and with skin thinning, I now felt very disheartened.

I started my cycle again in November 2014 (with the heavy physical activity associated with setting up a deer stand), and because my cycle was regular & I was sexually active again I went back on BC (NuvaRing; contains both estrogen and progestin and is inserted into the vagina) in January 2015 I was also diagnosed with a low thyroid and started taking 60mg Armor at that time, and started taking the PM again in February 2015.

This time no results, same brand, same dose, same schedule, nothing, not even a tingle, but I continued as I had had results with this in the past. In May 2015 my flow lasted for about 6 weeks and I decided I needed to let my body get back into its natural balance so I discontinued the PM as well as the NuvaRing. I had continued "spotting" through December 2015, with one true cycle that lasted about 10 days in November (again the stress of hauling hunting equipment and my stand in and out of woods brought it on both times) but still some spotting before and after.

Not to mention there was yet another "D-Day" with my partner in October of 2015. This brought on a form PTSD, they call it "Relational Trauma", and this has been very hard to deal with especially when my partner has no emotional or communication skills to help me when I have a trigger, no reassurance, no remorse is shown, just frustration and irritation (but that's another topic for another website!).


In January 2016 I started using an off brand vacuum system and quickly realized I had purchased the cups too small, I then purchased a set of Large Kangzhu cups and was pumping to the tips of these within 4 weeks, I finally decided that I seem to be getting really good results and figured to bite the bullet and do it right! I received my XL NB system February 2016 and LOVED IT!

My Pumping Routine;
Massage with cream containing Volufiline am/pm & pre/post pump
Pump 1-2 hr 4-5x p/wk (Snoogle for an hour early am, and again during lunch)
Was having issues getting good suction (XL cups a bit big on the chest, but when I did get them in a good position then I had a problem with my airlocks leaking)

I have somewhat tubular (& very dense,... Doctors words!) glandular breast (when my weight is down they look like flat, soft, sad puppies, ...except when I was pregnant/breast feeding!).

Suction seems like the best system I have used so far, I was getting pretty good swelling, between 1-1.5", and it lasted for several hours! Although the tape measure showed no increase after swelling goes down, they felt fuller, rounder, and heavier.

Unfortunately this system had it’s own flaws/defects that consumed too much time and left me frustrated (suction and airlock leaking) and I could not keep up with it. I did not do it long enough to achieve permanent results. I used it for a few months at the beginning of 2016, a few weeks on and off during that year and received a new one back in October of 2016, but still could not find a timeframe to use that my schedule would allow consistency. I still use it but usually only for a “quick boost” for a special occasion. I found that it seems to stretch out my skin so much that I feel my skin is too thin after the swelling goes back down and I (IMO), my stretchmarks are exuberated, and I just look “older”, no matter how much lube & moisturizer I use.

Fast forward again another year to December 2016, this time I decided to go all in and try another direction...
I did a detox and started BO the 2nd week of December with 500 mg of BO (250am/250pm) and worked up to splitting 2000 ttl 1 week at a time.

I also started taking a quite few other sups that had been recommended by others that have had success with the BO. Unfortunately I believe my issues with poor circulation, low body temp, and low thyroid kept me from achieving any results at all with this method and I discontinued after 6 months and no growth.

I gave PM another shot at the end of 2017, again nothing in terms of boob enhancement. However I did notice it stopped me from having night sweats, hot flashes and kept me from getting the monthly acne. So I continued to take it at 1500 mg per day for the boost in hormones I felt I needed as I am still having my periods and they are regular (I also still use the NuvaRing which I think helps keep me regular now that I’m older).

Skip forward TO THE PRESENT!
I continued to take the PM until November 1st 2019. At this time I stopped taking the PM and started MissMadScientist’s Flaxseed & Soy method. And I also started circular massage with FSO 2x per day, however I decided to massage in the opposite direction as I had in the past as I never had results with massage so I figured what do I have to lose?! (This time I would go up the middle and down the outside)

I started having mild headaches in the 1st few days but I was about to start my cycle on November 4th and it is common for me to get headaches with my cycle. The headaches continued until my cycle was over on the 8th then they were gone. On November 3rd I started feeling something “weird” going on in my right (bigger) breast, like a had a sore nipple and I thought maybe it was a reaction to the FSO, but continued to massage anyway. In the next few days I also started to feel something different in the rest of my right breast as well as my smaller left. It was a strange feeling (like others have said), but the best I can describe it is like when your milk starts coming in when pregnant, or when you start leaking/become engorged but not as strong. I also found what I thought was a sore nipple turned out to be a small tender spot behind the nipple (like the bud when your in puberty!). These feelings come and go and I don’t have them every day.

I’m not sure if it is the Flax, the milk & soy, or the massage but it really feels hopeful to actually feel something for a change!!!

I do have some digestion issues from either the Milk or the Soy but I am going to give this a full 30 day trial, if I continue to have issues and have found this is working for me I may try switching to Almond Milk to see if it helps. Also, I was using the Bobs Red Mill Soy because that was the only thing local grocers carry but I have some of the Kinako ordered from Amazon and it should arrive today.

I apologize upfront because I am not real good about follow up but I will try to keep this updated this time around!

This site is amazing, my breasts grew and maintained their size for years.
Before I was a 32 at my bust, I'm currently a 39. I stopped all my regimens about 2 or 3 years ago. I would have to look to double check. Regardless, I'm extremely happy with how my breasts turned out. I forgot how drastically they changed and decided to dive into my old photos to remind myself and thought I would share. Hopefully, these photos give you ladies some hope. It took me years to get to it but it was definitely worth it.

My “Brava” program (aka sleep-pumping)

Explanation:

For those who don’t know, Brava was a medical device that could be used either to expand the breast tissue for fat grafting, or to grow breast tissue directly. As far as I know, the Brava Breast Enlargment System is no longer in production. It consisted of two domes with thick, squishy, adhesive silicone padding, and a “Smartbox” pump that senses the pressure inside the domes and automatically maintains low even pressure over long periods of time. Brava advertised about 1 cup size increase every 10 weeks and they recommended that users wear the system for 10-12 hours per day. I saw one of Brava’s own studies where the participants grew at about half the advertised rate, so I’m not sure what to believe. Either way, Brava theoretically should have been able to provide 3-5 cups growth in a year, but most people used the system for a much shorter amount of time.


I recently bought a real Brava Smartbox off Ebay for around $200. That may sound like a lot for a pump, but I haven’t found a decent substitute for the Smartbox other than some much more expensive “negative pressure wound therapy” pumps. The earliest version of the Brava System used a wound therapy pump made by Carilex. Years ago I tried sleep pumping with a regular hand pump, but if I used high pressure I’d wake up in a lot of pain after 2-3 hours, and if I used low pressure they’d fall off in an hour two. The Smartbox is great for maintaining  gentle low pressure without having to worry that the cups will fall off while I’m sleeping.


What I’m using:

1. A real Brava smartbox

2. Small contoured cups (any contoured cups will work, but they must be the correct size or they won’t maintain a seal at low pressure)

3. 2 layers of King Frost camper tape applied on the cup rims as padding.

4. A breastmilk pump (but a cheap hand pump would work just as well)

5. Lots of oil


My Program:


Step 1: I start by using a ton of oil. It’s absolutely necessary or the pump isn’t able to pull in enough of my breast tissue to create a seal. I also position the contoured cups so that the most concave part of the rim is lined up with my armpit. That makes them much more comfortable. I have to start off my session with somewhat high, but not painful, pressure to pull as much of my breast into the domes as possible or the cups won’t stay sealed when I switch to a lower pressure. I do this for less than 5 minutes. I choose to use a breastmilk pump for this step, but I could use a hand pump if I wanted too. The big advantage of the breastmilk pump is that it let’s me have both hands free to reposition and hold on to the domes while they fill up. Once I’ve pulled in enough breast tissue, I release the vacuum and very quickly switch to the smartbox. If I take too long to grab the smartbox the domes start to fall off and I have to start over from the beginning. As long as the smartbox is close enough to grab without shifting my upper body around too much, I can easily grab the smartbox before any of my breast tissue starts to escape from the cup.


Step 2: I just leave the smartbox running all night and the cups stay on and stay comfortable all night. I wore them for 11 hours last night with no issues.


The combination of the contoured cups, campers tape padding, and the smartbox is what makes sleep pumping possible for me. I really do think you need all three to make this method work. I tried sleep pumping years ago with just a hand pump and regular domes and the longest time I kept them on was 4 hours and it was really hard on my skin and armpit nerves. Most nights I didn’t even make it past 2 hours, so I gave up on the idea. So far, this new method seems much easier and more comfortable.

So after a semi successful routine with BO that ceased working for me (and some extra pounds later yay...) i decided to go the herbal route!

After reading some more about it i feel i'm prepared to start.


So here's what i’ll be taking and other details, the ones highlighted in blue are more important, the ones that arent, arent such a big deal or even that necessary i just want to empty some bottles i have sitting around


Herbs/supplements:


Pueraria Mirifica 250-750mg

So a little story, i tried to take PM in the latter half of my cycle(Day 12-29) and it gave me acne, no tingles whatsoever except intense ones for 2 days when i was supposed to get my period (day 29) which was also late, 3 whole days infact. Sooooo... I'm gonna take it from day 1-15ish instead! Its also not gonna be possible for me to measure for a long time due to unforeseen circumstances but i will in the future! I do have old measurements up on here already so when the time comes i'll compare to those.



PROGRAM


Day 1-15:

10 in the morning: WP 600mg, RR 400mg, Forskolin 100mg


2 in the day: RR 400mg, WP 600mg OR Forskolin 100mg


Drink Grapefruit Juice somewhere in the evening close to bedtime

PC every 3-5 days


Bedtime: GABA, Collagen, Fenugreek, Ginseng, MSM, HMB, Melatonin, Multi+D, Magnesium, Fishoil, Hops, Forskolin 100mg OR WP 600mg, Green tea extract, EPO oil and lastly PM (250mg on days 1-6, 500mg on days 6-10 and 750 days 10-15)




Day 15-29(or whenever cycle ends, usually 29)


Repeat above but omit PM, Increase usage of PC to every 3 days

Very long time lurker here! Having unsuccessfully tried NBE numerous times in the past I didn’t expect to find myself back on this journey (or on this forum), but life (and lockdown) work in mysterious ways.


Working like crazy and lacking things to occupy me, last month or so I went a bit gung ho and decided to (as the title suggests) throw everything but the kitchen sink at my boobs just to see what would happen.


This was not a properly planned out programme, so please take the following with a pinch of salt (and seek out the advice of the much wiser NBE goddesses on the forum instead), but here’s what I took:

Having previously been a member of the IIIBTC and having worn kids 34AAs for the vast majority of my life, I was actually pleased when a significant weight gain (and subsequent loss) a couple of years ago left me with slightly more than a literal ironing board for a chest. 


Nevertheless I remained the not so proud owner of some 34” boobs until a month and a bit into this “programme” where by some stroke of miracle my boobs grew to 35.5”!


I have quite a wide torso, measuring around 31” in the underbust (despite being petite), so whilst I definitely don’t have a burgeoning bosom, I have wound up with a bit of something something.


Hoho!


I have also gained a little bit of belly in the process but I can’t say that that isn’t thanks to my new WFH sedentary lifestyle (and additional chocolate digestive problem). Honestly though, if I can grow a “normal” pair of boobs for the first time in my life I’ll happily take that for the time being and worry about it later.


I have just ordered some more of the above so let’s give it another few weeks and see if its just a fluke or if the boobs are coming to town.


P.S. named myself after the gorgeous French models on the Rouje website who all possess what I can only describe as an “ample bosom” and who I unashamedly desire to be.

Hi there!

Hope this can help you all, 32AA with a lot of unsuccesful program, I tried Pm and Bo and nothing happened.

I had 3 bottles of BO, I use nipple cream on my breast

2 pills 2 times every day mixed with aloe Vera gel (100 pure aloe Vera) and damn it works!

I take also 4g of MSM with C vit.

Right now i’m a small B cup and want to try chiyomilk program.

So i take PM pills like 1 year now,  like the progress so far, but its not about Growing Female Breast, more like something else, let me explain.

Ok so, it was start like 3 year ago, i was look my left breast and was looks like a female Breast, and was turn me on, to think i'm a female, so i try CD, was like it, but i was feel i'm not full about this, and 1 day, i was watch this 2 video:

Hi all! I have plans to start a new program but I'm questioning the efficacy because I'm not including P.M. or B.O. (I experienced negative side effects on both) here's my plan so far:


For starters, I have a hormonal IUD, and I'm taking Spironolactone for hormonal acne and unwanted hair growth.


Morning

-Collagen + Vitamin C

-15 mg soy isolate protein shake (protein powder+whole lactose-free milk)

-690mg Omega-3 Fish Oil

-2000mg MSM

-8oz Spearmint tea


I take 50mg Spironolactone around 11am. I work a standard shift 9-5 and then workout when I come home


After workout:

-Another 15mg protein shake

-8oz spearmint tea


Before bed:

-30 to 45 minutes of massage with jojoba oil (once a week dermarolling beforehand)


Obviously I will need to try it for a few months to see. I used to just do spearmint tea + massage (before I got on Spiro) and while my breasts were more full and plump, they would deflate back to their original size once my period started. Anybody have any other advice?

I decided to keep a progress thread where I have all changes and updates in one place. I tried pretty much all methods so my posts are spread out on the forum.

My starting size was 34B. My main NBE method is BO, orally and as a nipple cream and pumping with the large kangzhu cups. I also massage but not as religiously as before. I’ve TRIED nbe since February 2020, but I consider my real start since may 2020 because that’s when I had my breast pump and knew enough about herbs to use them properly.

I’ve reached my short term goals:

1. My breast now touch the domes all way around when pumping. (Not the front tho, I don’t fill the domes completely yet) When I started they didn’t touch at all. After two months the underboob would press the against the domes and now the TOP TISSUE ALSO presses against the dome!! This is HUGE to me!

2. My boyfriend noticed my growth. He doesn’t know I’m doing NBE and since I started I’ve been waiting for him to notice without me pointing it out. I haven’t checked if I actually gone up a cup size but to hear him say “do you still fit your bras?!” was almost as good as that.

3. This wasn’t actually a goal, because I didn’t really know it would happen but I feels nice so I’ll include it - I can feel my side boob against my arm at times. They are no where near big enough to “get in the way” but it’s just a small thing I’ve never felt before and it daily remind me of my growth.

So I’m glad to say 7 months of NBE with about 250 hours of pumping has not let me down. I also started BO the 30th of October and this has really given me a growth spurt and also regulated my periods. I might already be a small C-cup but I want to grow a little bit more before I go to try out a new bra. How I went from a 34DD to a 36E in only 4 months!

So as the title states I very quickly grew my boobs and increased both my cup size AND my band size(cup volume)

I had been dipping my feet in nbe for many years on and off but got serious about 4 months ago and after much research, many product/program tweaks, eating more and strict consistency it all paid off! I will state I had already been on a 200mg Bio Identical estrogen pellet implanted once a year and 200mg Bio Progesterone twice a day for many many years which gave me decent growth but nothing like my program has!!


My first starter program consisted of:

Morning:
1x 1000mcg Vitamin B12

2x 1000IU Vitamin D

1x 200mg Bio Identical Progesterone capsule


Lunch:

3x 600mg Fennel Capsules(switching later to 1x 400mg Goats Rue once at lunch once at Night)

1x 300mg PM capsule

Massage
with Flaxseed oil 1 capsule per breast, cling wrap each breast and
leave on for 1 to 2 hours, wash off (Major swelling afterwards)
Massage with volufiline breast cream (Korean brand Viva Korea) to capitalize on swelling from Flaxseed oil


Late Evening:

1x 200mg Progesterone Capsule

3x 1000mg Flaxseed Oil capsules



Night:
3x
500mg Aguaje Capsules
1x 300mg Pueraria Mirifica Capsule
Massage with herbal infused oil before bed with fat brushing from sides of back to breasts and then from armpits over and up toward collarbone + 50 rotations per breast


This program gave me 2 inches of permanent growth at the bust within less than a month and a half plus a bigger firmer butt!!

I then felt like I was stalling alil so decided to change things up and after much back and forth in my head deciding whether to take the plunge with BO I decided to hell with it lets try it!!

I stopped that program and begun my now current program which consists of:


Morning: 1x 200mg Bio identical progesterone capsule

2x 1000IU Vitamin D capsules

1x 1000mcg Vitamin B12 tab


Lunch:

1x 430mg raw female BO/Uterine capsule

2x 1000mg Cinnamon Bark Capsules

1x 300mg PM capsule(later changed to/currently 500mg PM capsule)


Late Evening:

1x 200mg Bio identical progesterone capsule

3x 1000mg FSO capsules


Night:

2x 430mg raw female BO/Uterine capsules(these also contain pro nbe ingredients such as zinc for IGF-1, Vitamin A(fish liver oil), and Vitamin E)

1x 300mg PM capsule(later changed to/currently 500mg PM capsule)

Massage with my herbal infused oil, 50 rotations inward per breast, fat brushing from sides of back into breasts and then from armpits inward up toward collarbone


This program so far has given me alil over half an inch growth and Im still growing, the program gave me half an inch growth within only a week and half of being on it strictly


Herbal Infused oil ingredients:

.Lavender ESO

.Tea Tree ESO

.Cinnamon, Clove and Orange ESO blend

.4x 500mg Aguaje Capsules emptied

.4-5x 500mg PM Capsules emptied

I am also waist training (have lost an inch on my waist so far with consistent use) and having fruit smoothies/smoothie bowls a few times a week with fruits such as banana, blueberries, mango, raspberries and peaches.

Bras are DEFINITELY more expensive the bigger your boobs get the bra store I went to was having a 60% off sale but any bras that carried my size werent on sale and I ended up having to buy 2 bras for $180aud but boy am I proud and in love with them!
