Trying Ms Mad Scientist’s Flax & Toasted Soy Method!

Hi all!! I’ve been lurking for a very long time on these forums looking for a natural way to increase my bust. Since Monday I have been doing Miss Mad Scientist’s (Ellen’s routine) and holy cow!!!! It seems to be working! Also took some tips from the lovely MariaAM and I can’t believe the results so far.

I usually get heavier breasts around my period (which I am due for mine prob in a week or so) but after I’m going to keep going with it after my stop week. I’m not on birth control. I hope these results stay bc my breasts are literally tight Against my bra now (I wear a 32c bra but it always had gaps in it) and I pray to god it’s not just PMS making my breasts bigger temporarily! However I really feel like it’s working!!!!

Here’s what I do  Smile

Morning & night 
- 1 quarter size of progesterone cream
- 2 big tablespoons of ground flax (I use spectrum organics) mixed into 1 cup of whole milk w a splash of 2% fat chocolate milk for taste  
- 2 big tablespoons of toasted full fat soy flour (I buy off of amazon! Links below) ... I mix this in with a little whole milk and 2% fat chocolate milk

I don’t know if it’s helping some but after I massage my breasts with Genetix enhancement oil. Alone it didn’t do much for my breasts but with this method I think its helping a little.

I’ll try to take pics this weekend!! My starting bra size was between a 32b and 32c and now I feel like I’m a full 32c. I’ll have to take exact measurements when I’m home and I’ll try to post some pics. I want to be a full 32d or 32e so I plan on trying this for 3 months like Ellen did.

My diet doesn’t exclude anything (I eat meat, carbs, etc) but I try to eat healthy. I drink a green smoothie every morning and try to take fish oil and a multivitamin every day. 

My old concern is if I reach my goal size I want to be sure I that I maintain these results forever!! So idk what to do in order to (like what the maintenance plan would be?)

Hi, everyone! I've been lurking for some time now and doing some research until I came up with what I think is a program that could work for me. 

I apologize for any grammar/ spelling mistakes, as English isn't my first language. 

Background: 
I'm a 24 y/o female, I'm currently a 38D. Ideally, I'd like to reach a 36DD, however just keeping my actual size while losing weight would also be really good.  (I also want to lose weight). 

My main, MAIN goal is to get a very curvy/hourglass shape. I currently have kind of a curvy figure because I do have a little bit of hips and booty, as well as breasts, however I'm overweight and want to change that, my main concern is that when I was thinner I lost all my boobs and hips, with like a very boyish figure, so my goal is to try to lose weight but enhance/keep my assets. I am currently waist training and weight training for lower body, and I used to be very skeptical that one could just grow breasts naturally, but after seeing a lot of success stories here on NBE, I decided to try and see if it works for me. 

My Current Nutrition
I'm currently following a high-protein, moderate fat, moderate to low carb (tweaked for heavy days at the gym). However I do have a "moderate" cheat day in which I do eat more freely, but of course, trying to not stagnate my weekly progress. 
I also eat and drink a lot of antioxidants and antiinflammatory foods/ drinks to help with my acne/rosacea and I make sure to have probiotics such as Kombucha or Yakult regularly, my main meals during weekdays are fruits/veggies, white meat for protein (with the very occasional beaf on weekends), eggs, protein bars and shakes, good fats such as nuts, avocado, etc. I do eat bread, tortillas and such but with a lot of moderation My sweet daily treat is a little bit of 70% dark chocolate, a little piece, think about 20g. 


My plan: 
There is a very famous plan that everyone here is crazy about, MsMadScientist's one, and I'm going to base mine on it, but with a few tweaks. 

The original plan consists of: 
  • 60 g of grounded flax seed distributed on two glasses of water a day, one in the morning and one in the evening 
  • I don't recall the exact quantity of soy flour and 2 200 ml glasses of whole fat milk a day. 
Now, I've read about the benefits of both flax seed and soy flour, and it makes sense that they would somehow estimulate breast growth, however I have a couple of problems with the soy flour+ whole fat milk thing. 

I'm trying to lose weight, and also suffer from acne/rosacea, so whole fat milk breaks me out and gives me flushes of rosacea like nothing else. 
Also, soy flour had A LOT of fat and calories, so it's a no no from me.
Also it was very easy and cheap for me to find grounded flaxseed, but imposible to find full fat soy flour. 

My version of the plan: 
  • 60 g of grounded flax seed distributed on two glasses of water a day, one in the morning and one in the evening (however I'm going to start with a lower quantity and work my way up depending how I'm feeling, due to cyanide concerns)
  • 2 200 ml glasses of soy milk a day 
Yes, I am aware that probably I'm not gonna get the same results but I'm willing to tweak and see if it can work for me that way. 
Also taking a cup or two of spearmint tea to balance things out. 

I was originally wanting to introduce fenugreek into the program, but for the moment I can't find it anywhere where I live, I'm thinking about implementing it if I hit a plateau. 

Massage 
I'm going to massage twice a day for ten minutes each, I'm gonna be using flaxseed oil as my lubricant. I'm going to try to do the chi and deer massage and a fat drain to my boobs. 

Why am I massaging instead of pumping? 
I'm terribly scared of nerve damage, also the act of pumping my boobs kinda scares me a bit, consider also that I'm not aiming for a very dramatic change on cup size. Also, I love massages, LOOOOVE THEM! I'm thinking about implementing them along side a binaural audio, to see if both of them together boost the result. Also, helps me keep trackof time (10 minute binaural audios) 

Binaural audios
I'm very skeptical of these, but like I said, it helps me keep track of time, it can do no harm and I've heard people swear by them, also, I'm a very auditive person, I'm very stimulated by ASMR videos, I usually use them to help me get to sleep, so I'm thinking about using them instead oF ASMR, as some of them are very stimulating.

Since I will be also massaging my hips and glutes, I'm also going to be listening to their respective binaurals while massaging those particular areas. 

Supplements
Since I want to better my skin, after doing some research I found out that most of the supplements recommended taking I was already consuming beforehand, so the list is: 
  • 3000 mg of MSM 
  • Multivitamin 
  • Fish oil(I believe it is 1000 mg) 
  • Thinking about adding maca for booty gains, but I need to research deeper into that
And that's about it, I will also be taking a break from all of this on my period week, to help hormonal imbalances and not let my body get too acostumed to it. 

I'm starting tomorrow since today is my weekly cheat day (yay!). I will do weekly updates on how I'm feeling. 
I attached a picture of my boobs, that my bf took of me, they're pressed against each other, but you can get a little bit of a hint of their size. I don't really want to post a nude pic of my breasts since I'm insecure about them being saggy, but I will post photos on that same dress if I see interesting results.

Hi everyone, i have been lurking here for a few months and gathered alot of great information and learned so much more about how the body works regarding hormones. From the information i have gathered here and from poking around on google myself, i have decided to finally start!

My routine will be as follows!
(sidenote; originally i wanted to take mk-677 for IGF-1 but it has not arrived yet, and may not arrive depending on customs etc, but i am only 22 years old so i will try to find other ways reluctantly, but if it arrives i will use it so watch out for changes)

I'm from South Korea, and my size is 30A....

I have dreamed to upload my journey here, Because I have wandered many methods NBE for 3 years.

I tried everything, herbs, pueraria, etc.. but, it was very temporary and doesn't work.

but I read the article PCOS is possible to treat  (but many women have difficulty treating it )
I read before, woman who suffered from PCOS had succeed to cure it and NBE

I hope BO would be more effective and powerful and permanent!!!!

Hello everyone,

Like a lot of people I've been a lurker for some weeks now and I finally decided to come forward and introduce myself as well as post weekly updates. I haven't been a forum since my highschool days, but the positivity inside the breastnexus community and the support for everyone, trans or cis, won me over.

I'm making this thread with the itty bitty community in mind (everyone is welcome though) as I feel like many threads made by members starting out with a tiny chest aren't well documented (photos, regular updates, etc).

I'm 30 years old (no children). I was a late bloomer, my nipples started budding only when I was 13, I got my period when I was 14, and then my breast development came to a halt probably when I was 15. I'm petite, 1m53 tall and I've pretty much kepy my highschool weight (with fluctuations when I was a student), but I would say my normal range is 45-47 kilograms (I would like to stay at 47).

At my most, I weighed 52 kg but I don't remember my breats getting a significant increase in size, I do however remember my tummy, arms and butt getting fatter. Basically gaining weight isn't a solution.
I'm fairly athletic, even a bit muscular, I've been practicing martial arts regularly for 3 years now, and I would like to keep my athletic build since I really enjoy it. 

The women in my family, my Sister, Mom and maternal Grandmother aren't small chested. Unfortunately they are a bit overweight but even then, my Sister developped early and generously (probably in the D range) while I pretty much stayed behind. I apparently inherited my small attributes from my paternal Grandmother who was on the thin side. Go figure.

I would say my chest is in the AA range though I have to admit I only started investing in bras last year since before that I didn't feel the need to wear them, so I was never properly measured.

My aim would be to go to a full A cup and then if I'm lucky reach a B cup. I like small breasts and I think they look good on me, and I do enjoy being a bit "non-conventional", petite and athletic, but I don't want breasts THIS small. Basically any growth is welcome and if I can reach a point where I can wear a pushup bra to make them look even fuller, that is my goal. Right now, there isn't enough to "push up".

On a side note, I work in the video game industry, an industry that isn't kind to women, my male colleague is also boob obsessed and immature. I was teased and commented on by family, friends and people I didn't care for, both male and female. I can say that only 2 partners were genuinely into my small breasts, the others, either admitted to my face they liked big breasts or didn't bother my breasts, or bothered slightly with my breasts after I complained they didn't get anough attention.

Why am I doing this ? I have zero self confidence, I'm prone to depression, having suffered from depression in the past. I'm smart, funny, sarcastic, out-spoken but all that fades whenever I find myself near a girl with a prettier face and big breasts. I rember one time I was putting on makeup, seeing my self in the mirror next to a friend who was taller and curvy made me feel worthless for days. I don't want that any more.

Topicals and Caloric Surplus // No pills // No pumping

I'm starting a new thread to try to keep myself honest. In my last program I was taking BO with a slew of other things as well as pumping. I have stopped all pills as well as any pumping. Once I organize my place I will be packing them away, to possibly encorporate in the future, but only one at a time if I do. For now I am focusing on my health.

Goals
  • Eat 3 meals a day
  • whole foods
  • high fat
  • veggies, fruit, meat, dairy, startch, nuts
  • Organic and grass fed when I can
  • Water!!!
  • Use NON HORMONAL topicals and apply at least 1x daily
  • Almond oil
  • Zhi mu extract
  • Nutmeg extract
  • Drops of lavender EO
I am really trying to keep it simple for myself this time around. Ideally I'll be getting in some workouts as well, but making sure I'm eating well is my FIRST goal and will continue to hold importance over other things. No restrictions of when or how or how long I massage.

Future Considerations
Topicals :
  • Fenugreek extract
  • Natureday extract
  • Glycolic Acid (to encourage collagen and fibroblasts)
  • Dermaroller (reading into if this is actually safe or not)

It's been just over one week since I stopped the pills and pumping and I am still feeling bigger everyday. So maybe all of that stuff is still in my system... or the possibility that it wasn't doing anything and I was mistaking my bodies natural patterns throughout my cycle as "progress". The times I have been the biggest have always had to do with a caloric surplus as well...

I guess I'll start documenting?

So, I wanted to start with BO. I found it on Amazon and saw reviews and as I was reading reviews was sent here. What gave me hope is that it gave actual men boobs. Why not me?

So at puberty I got nothing. Been an AA my whole life basically. Straight up and down at 100 pounds. Can't gain weight for anything.

I am almost through my second bottle of BO and nothing has happened yet. I massage twice a day. I listen to a subliminal while I massage and while I read in bed. Probably about 5 times a day at least I listen to a subliminal. I take MSM. Stopped taking it recently, but did religiously for a while, with no sign of a difference anywhere. 

In the first bottle of BO I took one pill for 2 or 3 weeks, then went to two pills and when I finiahef out the bottle, started my second bottle on 3. I have yet to see ANYTHING. Will try to update if anything happens.

Please help me improve my current program (not getting results) - pics included

I have been trying NBE this year, so far no success and thought I would have a break from the herbs and then get my hormones tested before trying any new program.
 
So I have only been taking milk thistle for the last couple of months because I heard it’s good for the liver and for clearing out any phytohormones that might have been in my system from the herbs I took when I first tried NBE program at the start of this year. I should mention my cycles currently are longer than average and more like 6 weeks than 4 weeks in the pictures. Although I think that’s because it’s been winter here in the southern hemisphere. In the beginning of the year in summer they were between 4 to 5 weeks long. Last year when I was on the pill they were only 4 weeks as it forced it like this. (Levlen ED, Levonorgestrel 150ug and ethinyloestradiol 30 ug) I came off the pill over a year ago now though before trying any NBE program.
 
I’m not sure if it was winter or taking herbs or because I was massaging that made my period longer but I have stopped all herbs now and have only been taking milk thistle and still my period is around 5 to 6 weeks long so I’m thinking it’s just the cold season in the southern hemisphere…?   
 
My last herb program consisted of something similar to Chiyomilk’s. I would take PM during follicular and stop PM during luteal and instead I took small amounts of (in order of highest to lowest) saw palmetto, wild yam root, dandelion root, black cohosh, red clover and vitex. I also took collagen and pig placenta everyday and sometimes a tea drink with Chinese dates, astragalus root and ginger. I also massage twice a day with IsoSensuals Enhance breast enlargement cream that has voluplus in it.
 
But I noticed nothing at all after doing this for 4 cycles (almost half the year)…. Sad
 
At the start though I did once feel maybe the slight tenderness around the nipple and breasts when I first tried PM but it didn’t continue for the next months and never noticed any growth.
 
So after the break and now knowing where my natural hormones level are I thought I would first ask you knowledgeable people on Breast Nexus what I should try differently. It would be good to know if there is anyone out there that has similar hormone levels to me and what programs they tried that worked for them. Actually I’m also wondering if there is anything where someone has put together something that say what program to do if your hormone levels are X because I think that would be useful for everyone as you would also know what not to try. Like as a visual chart that people could use as a reference as it has on one axis people’s hormones and on the other axis programs that worked or didn’t work or showed some kind of correlation.  
 
Anyway I was thinking of trying mad scientist soy and flax seed powder with a high fibre almost vegetarian diet program as sounded like she got good quick results but first wanted to ask other people if they think it’s the correct thing for me to try.
 
I should also mention that I also have a Fibroadenoma, which I have had checked and been told it is not cancerous. But because I have I also don’t want to experiment too much with herbs that effect my hormones. It would be good to also know if anyone else on here has one or has had one and what they did about it; and if they had any success with one while they had it or after they had it removed. And if they got it removed how did they do it and what’s the best way? Is there a way for the body to naturally remove the lump or where to go for the best surgical techniques to have removed?
 
For a similar reason I’m also thinking this time of trying a program without any herbs at all but not sure yet. Maybe just massaging alone as I don’t think there is any side affects if I do it wrong. I’m not sure yet if I should add any creams, any recommendations for someone with my hormone levels? I’m also not sure but might one day try NB.
 
Wow sorry for the big post! Hope it might one day be useful for someone else who is similar to me. I should also mention I am currently 27.5” under bust and 29.5” bust, I am of Asian ethnicity and am bottom heavy/pear shaped so puberty definitely happened somewhere on my body Tongue and I’m in my mid-20s. Thanks if you got this far, any help would be most appreciated Big Grin

Back to the NBE program

Hi. It's been awhile since I've visited BreastNexus. I'm back, hoping to grow my breasts to 34". I'm currently at 31.5". I know I'm underweight, but I am encouraged by seeing some thin girls growing. I have tried PM, PC, BO, pumping. You name it, I probably tried at one point or another. I always thought if herbs didn't work, pumping will. Pumping hasn't really worked for me. I've been pumping on regular basis since 2013, 1/2-2 hours daily, and am no way near JenniferLove's progress. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I want to try herbs, but I'm not sure where to start now. I am currently taking Spironolactone. I always thought I was heavy bottom, but I'm not sure if I'm really heavy bottom. My bottom is definitely bigger than my top, but not so extreme. My bust is 31.5" and my hips are 34". I would love for my bust to match my hips. That's my goal. Is there any hope for someone who has tried everything? Am I missing something?

I had kind of a fat boy’s boobs during my teenage. After teenage I got married I had to listen to body shaming comments from my husband. Then I searched internet and bought boost your bust book and I did for three months. I did not change my very high carb (mainly white rice, very low fat and less raw and cooked vegetables also moderate protein). Then I got pregnant easily and after delivery I had tried PM for three months with progesterone cream. I was also pumping hard I got some good swelling. I lost most of it when I stopped PM. After 2 months break I started BO.

It is said the third time's the charm...

Here's a summary of my previous routines:

2010 - Went from a small 34B to a decent 34B with herbal concoctions. My room smelled like a sweet sweet mess. My herbs, which I'd gotten from a local, super organic source, came with tiny red beetles that invaded my home like a plague. So I quit NBE. To this day, I still find those tiny red beetles lurking my spice rack and tea cabinet. 

2015 - Ordered PM from Ainterol. The mid-cycle spotting + late periods creeped me out so I quit. I was taking half a capsule only, cycling it with Progesterone cream. I remember getting super emotional and even crying at the last scene of The Little Mermaid!  Blush I got scared I might be messing with my hormones too much. Once more, I quit NBE.

2019 - I figured my expired Ainterol might be a lot less strong by now, so I have it a go. I read on a thread the correct way to measure how much PM you should take according to your weight, so for two months now I've been opening each capsule, splitting the powder into 3 sections, and drinking 1/3 of a capsule each day.

Cycle 1 - September 2019
From follicular until ovulation: Half of a capsule of PM a day. Massaging with PM cream before bed.
Observations: Mild spotting, late period by 1 week. At least this means the PM still works.

Cycle 2 - October 2019
From follicular until ovulation: Third of a capsule of PM a day. Massaging with PM cream before bed.
Observations: No spotting, late period by 2 days only. Breasts nice and round, they feel a bit fuller.
From ovulation until folicular: Massaging with olive oil only. Fat brushing massage from time to time.

Cycle 3 - November 2019 - I'm here now!
From follicular until ovulation: Third of a PM capsule a day. Massaging with PM cream before bed, and with nothing before showering. I just like playing with the new boobage  Tongue
I've prepared a new batch of Cocoa Butter cream with Fenugreek extract for massaging after ovulation, and I'll be drinking drops of fenugreek extract with water before each meal.
Observations: I'm once again very emotional. I'm still during follicular but I've been feeling moody and getting teary-eyed at least once a day.
Results: Still a solid 34B, but now I fill all my bras quite nicely. There's even some nice spillage on my right boob, which has always been slightly bigger. I'm loving my boob shape!!!

It's been noted that NBEers grow more during spring/summer, and we're now during fall/winter, so I'm hoping to stick to this routine even if I do see little growth, at least until next summer.

I am over 50 but actually started my journey in my early 20s (yes, back in the 80's!). I have always had a small frame that gains weight easily, unfortunately it is around my hips and abdomen, and when I lose it comes off the boobs first, I have a REALLY hard time losing weight (and now just as hard maintaining a comfortable 135lb).

The women on my mother’s side of the family are all big busted (but they are also shorter and wider), my father’s side was all men but mostly taller and leaner. Both sides have thyroid issues and I as well take Armor for a low thyroid.

I believe my growth was stunted bc I became pregnant at 16 and my normal growth hormones were stopped when the pregnancy took over.

When I first looked into this Natural Breast Enhancement thing back in the 80's the only options were surgery or hypnosis, I opted for self-hypnosis and although I was not consistent, I did go from a small A to a small B cup. At that time I was 5'7" 125lb.

Skip forward (quite) a few years after 2 children, a divorce (sex addict & other issues!), a new guy (who also turned out to be a porn addict), and once again feeling very inadequate & simply "not enough" I really needed to feel good about myself again and found myself back into research on how to grow my bust, or at this point I would've just felt better if they were "fuller".

At age 46 I felt I had little hope but this time I found PM, I took (working up to) 2000mg p/day for about 2 years and had really good results! I went from a small B to a full (firm!) C cup! I felt really good where I was at and discontinued the PM in January of 2014. At this time I went into menopause and stopped having my cycle for 11 months, during this time my breasts deflated yet again and I was now a "Saggy C" and with skin thinning, I now felt very disheartened.

I started my cycle again in November 2014 (with the heavy physical activity associated with setting up a deer stand), and because my cycle was regular & I was sexually active again I went back on BC (NuvaRing; contains both estrogen and progestin and is inserted into the vagina) in January 2015 I was also diagnosed with a low thyroid and started taking 60mg Armor at that time, and started taking the PM again in February 2015.

This time no results, same brand, same dose, same schedule, nothing, not even a tingle, but I continued as I had had results with this in the past. In May 2015 my flow lasted for about 6 weeks and I decided I needed to let my body get back into its natural balance so I discontinued the PM as well as the NuvaRing. I had continued "spotting" through December 2015, with one true cycle that lasted about 10 days in November (again the stress of hauling hunting equipment and my stand in and out of woods brought it on both times) but still some spotting before and after.

Not to mention there was yet another "D-Day" with my partner in October of 2015. This brought on a form PTSD, they call it "Relational Trauma", and this has been very hard to deal with especially when my partner has no emotional or communication skills to help me when I have a trigger, no reassurance, no remorse is shown, just frustration and irritation (but that's another topic for another website!).


In January 2016 I started using an off brand vacuum system and quickly realized I had purchased the cups too small, I then purchased a set of Large Kangzhu cups and was pumping to the tips of these within 4 weeks, I finally decided that I seem to be getting really good results and figured to bite the bullet and do it right! I received my XL NB system February 2016 and LOVED IT!

My Pumping Routine;
Massage with cream containing Volufiline am/pm & pre/post pump
Pump 1-2 hr 4-5x p/wk (Snoogle for an hour early am, and again during lunch)
Was having issues getting good suction (XL cups a bit big on the chest, but when I did get them in a good position then I had a problem with my airlocks leaking)

I have somewhat tubular (& very dense,... Doctors words!) glandular breast (when my weight is down they look like flat, soft, sad puppies, ...except when I was pregnant/breast feeding!).

Suction seems like the best system I have used so far, I was getting pretty good swelling, between 1-1.5", and it lasted for several hours! Although the tape measure showed no increase after swelling goes down, they felt fuller, rounder, and heavier.

Unfortunately this system had it’s own flaws/defects that consumed too much time and left me frustrated (suction and airlock leaking) and I could not keep up with it. I did not do it long enough to achieve permanent results. I used it for a few months at the beginning of 2016, a few weeks on and off during that year and received a new one back in October of 2016, but still could not find a timeframe to use that my schedule would allow consistency. I still use it but usually only for a “quick boost” for a special occasion. I found that it seems to stretch out my skin so much that I feel my skin is too thin after the swelling goes back down and I (IMO), my stretchmarks are exuberated, and I just look “older”, no matter how much lube & moisturizer I use.

Fast forward again another year to December 2016, this time I decided to go all in and try another direction...
I did a detox and started BO the 2nd week of December with 500 mg of BO (250am/250pm) and worked up to splitting 2000 ttl 1 week at a time.

I also started taking a quite few other sups that had been recommended by others that have had success with the BO. Unfortunately I believe my issues with poor circulation, low body temp, and low thyroid kept me from achieving any results at all with this method and I discontinued after 6 months and no growth.

I gave PM another shot at the end of 2017, again nothing in terms of boob enhancement. However I did notice it stopped me from having night sweats, hot flashes and kept me from getting the monthly acne. So I continued to take it at 1500 mg per day for the boost in hormones I felt I needed as I am still having my periods and they are regular (I also still use the NuvaRing which I think helps keep me regular now that I’m older).

Skip forward TO THE PRESENT!
I continued to take the PM until November 1st 2019. At this time I stopped taking the PM and started MissMadScientist’s Flaxseed & Soy method. And I also started circular massage with FSO 2x per day, however I decided to massage in the opposite direction as I had in the past as I never had results with massage so I figured what do I have to lose?! (This time I would go up the middle and down the outside)

I started having mild headaches in the 1st few days but I was about to start my cycle on November 4th and it is common for me to get headaches with my cycle. The headaches continued until my cycle was over on the 8th then they were gone. On November 3rd I started feeling something “weird” going on in my right (bigger) breast, like a had a sore nipple and I thought maybe it was a reaction to the FSO, but continued to massage anyway. In the next few days I also started to feel something different in the rest of my right breast as well as my smaller left. It was a strange feeling (like others have said), but the best I can describe it is like when your milk starts coming in when pregnant, or when you start leaking/become engorged but not as strong. I also found what I thought was a sore nipple turned out to be a small tender spot behind the nipple (like the bud when your in puberty!). These feelings come and go and I don’t have them every day.

I’m not sure if it is the Flax, the milk & soy, or the massage but it really feels hopeful to actually feel something for a change!!!

I do have some digestion issues from either the Milk or the Soy but I am going to give this a full 30 day trial, if I continue to have issues and have found this is working for me I may try switching to Almond Milk to see if it helps. Also, I was using the Bobs Red Mill Soy because that was the only thing local grocers carry but I have some of the Kinako ordered from Amazon and it should arrive today.

I apologize upfront because I am not real good about follow up but I will try to keep this updated this time around!

Back Again! MissMadScientist Flax + Soy Method

Hey everyone!

If you scroll back a bit, you'll see my thread when I first tried MissMadScientist a year ago. Well, life happened. Here is a gist:

1. I've tried different programs:
- Swansons BO
- Genetix Oil
- Flax + Soy

2. Flax + Soy is my winner!
This was the only program my breasts felt receptive to. 

3. 2018 Experience Highlights
I did it for two weeks and felt immediate results. Tingly, or even slight tingles throughout. My breasts got heavier. Could cup my breasts fully for once, etc. 

4. Proven Tips
- One week before starting the program maintain a healthy diet. Meaning cut-back on fast food, processed sugars, etc. I based this off of MissMadScientists' diet (which she provided in her thread). When I do this, I feel my breasts are more receptive to the flax and soy.
- Take multi-vitamins
- Be consistent when taking the flax and soy

Last year, after my two weeks, I went on a trip which resulted in me not sticking with the program. I tried going back on it again earlier this year but couldn't maintain the program yet again. This time, I began a healthy diet before I got my period. And started the program right after my period. I have just completed week two, and am going strong into week three! 

Today, I've started including Progesterone Cream to substitute the Birth Control (since I'm not on BC), and begin adding a protein shake in my daily routine. I'm holding myself accountable by tracking my progress here again (which may in turn help others who wish to try this program). I aim to keep this up for at least 3-4 months. I don't have any major trips planned within this time, so I can stick to it! 

I'm going to start manifesting my positivity and put it out there. My goal is to reach a 32C/D in 2020.
I've started with like barely a 32AA, but am confident with my current results. I think in this case, consistency is key.

Hi lovelies,

I've just recently started my journey into obtaining my dream size, I'm sharing my program in hopes that people on the forum who have more experience could help me see if what I'm doing makes sense or if I should be adjusting certain things and whatnot. Any advice is very appreciated, I feel a little lost in the sauce with all the info floating around here. 

So about me: I'm 22 yo, 5" 3', about 100 pounds, have always had very small boobs, could barely fit my 32A bras. 

Current: 32A
Goal: 32C

As of now I am trying NBE, trying to eat more to gain some weight and adding protein powder in my kitchen for the same reason. Every day I'm taking: 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds (~7g), 320 mg of saw palmetto extract in the morning and another at night (total of 640 mg), 500 mg of shatavari in the morning and another at night (total of 1000 mg), and a breast enhancement supplement I found online called Bust Bunny (list of ingredients says it contains: Vit C, fennel seed, red clover, motherwort, flaxseed, chasteberry, hops, fenugreek, yam, dong quai, black cohosh, blessed thistle, and watercress). The saw palmetto extract and the shatavari are a new addition after one month of just bust bunny, I used to just drink a cup of spearmint tea but switched it for the saw palmetto extract, I have also just added a fenugreek supplement (610mg in the morning). And I still take birth control which I don't know how to account for. 

I'll add some pictures on the 3 month mark but for now I don't feel comfortable enough showing the tiny twins hehe Blush

I try to massage my breasts everyday at least for 10 min and I am also getting a noogleberry in the mail soon hoping it'll help too.
I skip massages sometimes because it's hard to fit it in my schedule but I try to be consistent because I'd like to gain the confidence that comes with loving your body and liking the vessel you inhabit

Anyways, as I said, any input would be appreciated, I know some girls here have had success with their program and I'm hoping I could reach their results sometime too. My main concern is that in my current program I just take he same thing everyday (during my period I half what I'd take so I don't get too much of a heavy flow), but some of what I've seen looks like I should be cycling through herbs depending on what menstrual phase I'm in, which I don't know if I should adapt to and change my whole program to fit into?? I found this doc while browsing on other users profiles and I don't know if I should just ditch my whole routine and change it to this or if I should stick with what I'm doing even though it feels too simple and wait for results at the 6 month mark.

hello all, you may have seen my old thread 2019: year of the C cup, i think it's safe to say that the title was a bit short-sighted and unfortunately i didn't even reach that goal!

in 2019 i went from an AA cup to an A cup with fluctuations, i can fit into a B pretty comfortably sometimes. to put it simply, my dream is to be exactly three times as big as i am now.

my routine did change quite dramatically a few times last year, this is my current routine:

morning:
  • 1g of swanson's bovine ovarian
  • 1.2g of fish oil
  • 700mg of vitex, shatavari, dong quai and schizandra mixture
  • 750mg of bladderwrack (days 8-26 of menstrual cycle)
  • 750mg of peony (days 14-28 of menstrual cycle)
night:
  • zoely contraceptive pill
  • 30g protein shake WITHOUT FAIL but i am failing right now lol. i know i may never reach my goal if i don't start doing this every night of my life while i do this program but i think i may need someone to spank me into doing it ://
i also massage with oil, i saw a big difference when i was doing it every night but i haven't done it regularly in probably 2-3 months. it's kinda hilarious how having small breasts makes me so depressed (which i am getting therapy for) so i can't bring myself to do things that WILL and HAVE made my breasts grow. it's even kept me from being active on this forum, i want to change that this year.

     Did the Hypnosis whenever I could find the time, daily for a few weeks, then just every now and then I tried to do the visualizations for about a year.

2005 (ish?) Tried a cream that was sold at Walgreens and it seemed to work REALLY good, got nice firmness and maybe a little growth. I think it contained SP, WY, and some other stuff like that. They discontinued it and I couldn’t find it anywhere. (don’t remember the name, the logo was like a breast silhouette, and it was called something like Natural Curve (but it’s NOT the one currently on the market).

     Temp 95-97.7 upon wake and 98.0-6 PM
2015 January - Back on BC (NuvaRing) Cycles were consistent and I was again sexually active (same relationship, 22 years!)
2015 FebruaryBack on PM (500>>2000mg p/day)
     This time no results, same brand, same does, same schedule, nothing, not even a tingle,
     but I continued as I had had results with this in the past.
2015 May - Flow lasted for about 6 weeks, decided I needed to let my body get back into its ‘natural balance’ so I discontinued the PM as well as the NuvaRing. Continued "spotting".
2015 November – Cycle 10days, continued to spot through December
2016 January – Vacuum System started – Purchased off brand, too small.

     Cup D/DD Depending on the bra (VERY Loose/empty - but loose boobs/skin 'fell' out of a C)

2019 December 05 FS & Soy 30 Day Update = I never got the 'feelings' back although they still itched a bit from time to time. There was a bit of a 'pillowy' feel to them but the tape measure indicated no change.

1 positive side effect, hair has grown 2 inches in the last 30 days! Been trying to grow my very fine hair forever and all I get is split ends that have to be cut off, but now my hair looks pretty healthy (for winter & all the static!) and when I measured it in a ponytail it grew from 13" to 15"!!! May be worth continuing the soy & flax a while longer.

Also started listening to the Sapien and Rockmelon tones.

2020 January 1st -  Discontinued FS & Soy Method.  I was having digestive issues and also gained about 15lbs.
Unfortunately getting rid of my fat ass, hips, & thighs is a higher priority to me than having larger/fuller breasts. The skin takes a toll with these ups & downs,…   
My skin is one of my biggest enemies, I have tried many things (nutrition, supplements, creams, wraps, etc) to improve without success. I have even tried more drastic options like Derma pen treatment, Endermologie (roller/suction for circulation & cellulite), Forma (a laser and heat treatment to rejuvenate cells), and M'liss niacin wraps (for circulation), all of my skin is lumpy, saggy & LOOSE   Angry 
Even in my 20's I had a belly pooch, saddlebags, and droopy boobs.
Nice tight skin and firm boobies is my ultimate goal!!!
I've been doing what I can with what I have... I eat as clean as I can and 
I workout 5 days a week, weightlifting 3x/p week, and running the other 2.
 
FLAX SEED & SOY PROGRAM CONCLUSION-
Weight Gained 15lbs
Bust Gained .5”
Hair Grew 3”
I now have to clean my fingernails daily because they have also grown for the first time in a few years!!!

On the start of my last cycle 1/1/20 
I stopped taking the soy but continue to take 30mg of flax 2x per day and drink at least 8 oz of whole milk per day, although I am adding my collagen powder to the milk instead (and I drink this after my workout in the early afternoon).

I am holding at 36" so I've kept the 1/2" of growth I did get even though I have lost not quite half of the weight I had gained with the soy.

At my age I know I need to supplement to get the estrogen I need to stay out of menopause so I've dissected SurgerJoe's posts on nutrition and the supplementing he's suggested, combining what I already do for general health, and (at least for now) I will be doing this;
 
Upon waking B-4 rushing off to work...
I try to get in 200-300 rotation of massage (been trying to focus more on the left than the right to even them out).

AM (empty stomach)...
3 Probiotics - American Health Chewable Acidophilus & Bifidum

In a small jar (like 6oz sized) I mix;
Ground Flax [b]30 mg [/b]
3 Tsp Premixed Nutritional Blend (SurferJoe's)
     Equal amounts of;
        Spirinella  
        Rice Bran
        Brewers Yeast
Water - Add enough water to drink (about 4oz) 

1 Multi-Vitamin - Rainbow Light 50+ Mini-Tablet
Niacin 400mg 
Fish Oil 1290mg
CLA 1600mg

Snack on PreMixed Seed & Nut Blend (SurferJoe's) during the day, although I have a hard time consuming this so I dont eat nearly as much as I should (I'm not ususally too hungry in the mornings and once I get busy at work I dont really have time to eat/snack), one days supply ends up lasting me all week.
     1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
     1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
     1/4 Cup Chopped Almonds
     I have since added 1/4 cup Rice & Oats Granola, & 1/8 cup dried blueberries to try to make it more appealing to my taste buds which helps. But of course I cant soak them like this, and I have a harder time getting myself to eat them it they are soaked anyway so I figure at least I must be getting some nutritional value out of it, it's better than eating many other things that are easily available and more appealing to my taste buds (like chocolate!!!).

I also have a homemade body butter I often use after, just because it gives my skin a more 'plumped' feeling & appearance. I use this all over my body & I love it...

Dinner I eat a normal 600-900 calorie meal trying to stay healthy with my choices,... grass fed beef, chicken, salmon. paired with a steamed vegetable, or brown rice, sometimes I'll have a gluten free pizza (oh yeah, I don't eat gluten), a salad from Culver's, Wendy's, etc, sometimes it's just something out of the fresh food deli at the local store.

Question: growth, period, stagnant?

Does anyone get growth, and then have their period, and then feel stagnant afterwards?

I’m on MissMadScientist’s program, and I assume that she had consistent growth even after her stopweek (period-she was on BC).

I’m not on BC, and I started with a 32AA (a flat chest), I use PC.

So I’m thinking it could be that due to my size and circumstances, maybe I need to take a small break every now and then to get my body prepped for another round of growth?

Or it could be that the PC isn’t enough, until my natural levels rise later into my cycle?

Any insight or advice would help.
I know I also should be more patient. I just want to do what’s best for my body, and it’s hard knowing since there’s no set path that’s successful for everyone.

Hey everyone!

Wanted to update here, and post some thoughts on a transition I'm making. I've had some success with MissMadScientist's program, I gained some breast tissue after a month. Went from a 30AA to a small 30A. However, I noticed that whenever I attempt this program, at the beginning i get growing pains from day one of my cycle. And then after a month, I only get growing pains during luteal phase. Because of the first month, I was able to grow consistently, and gain a cupsize - in December 2019.

In January 2020 - February 2020, my growth has stalled, or extremely slow since its only half of the month I'm growing. 

I've decided to explore other programs. I think that since MissMadScientist program wasn't cycling, my body needs a program where I will cycle. Especially since my body is only responding during specific parts of my program. I believe with cycling I can be more attune with my hormones, and get my breasts to be responsive throughout my cycle. Just like everyone else's programs. I'm not very good at explaining my thought process. But I hope if you're reading, you can understand. 


I will be trying out Mayusakimilk's program. I was inspired by Yekaterina's recent 'success' post. I have also read her Introduction to the site, and feel we have similar bodytypes - pearshape, fast metabolism, etc. However I'm starting with an A cup not a B cup. Although some of the products she mentioned are either sold out or no longer available (ie. pueraria 99%, whitex, and bravia cream). After some research I found alternatives, that were also more affordable. I will be ordering them soon, and aiming to start my program at the end of the month when I get my period.
