breasts finally responding

hi everyone  Blush  so i went away for a couple of months and i had totally forgotten about this forum until recently. i traveled around quite a lot this year and put in so much effort in school that i pretty much had no time for nbe and basically abandoned my program completely. i used to be OBSESSED with nbe but after having tried almost everything and spent a crap ton of money on useless stuff, i decided to quit because i finally realized that this is not what life is at all about. i didn’t pump or take anything (not even natural herbs or vitamins) for 6+ months and my breasts responded to that. yup. they responded to me doing absolutely doing nothing at all. all i did was exercise and eat healthy like normally. occupied myself in other things. these two pictures are ebout 3-4 months apart, same pose and lighting taken at the exact same time, location and day of cycle (might take it down though i dunno Sad  i blurred the background for my own privacy). like i said, i have not done a single them to them at all. not even massage. they have been getting more and more tender lately. maybe the true secret to nbe is really just letting your body naturally work its own magic, not forcing it. maybe we should all take a break every once in a while and find solace in other things.. i’ll try to update you guys on my progress in the future... i’m still very small. maybe i’ll start massaging them again?

A little about my routine -
Initially, I was thinking of taking herbs, either pm or bovine ovary but due to some problems I couldn’t start it. I asked some of the best people here and they suggested to go for physical ways. 
It’s been one and a half months of massaging my breasts and a little while after using Noogleberry. I usually pump them for 2-3 hours everyday after applying fenugreek oil. 
The shape of my breasts has definitely got better also it’s tht time of the month for me so there’s a swelling but I still feel the difference somehow. 
I feel soo happy. ^_^

After almost a year reading articles and threads, summer is here and with it the trouble of no looking good in any bikini so...2 days ago i finaly started with nbe yay!! Tongue Lately i've been recibing some "good intentioned" comments from meddlers and even my ex... Things like: how little breasts! Or you're so flat.... Dodgy  I take all this signals that i have to solve my no-boobs issue so i hope to share my aventure with you all! And... Also i need to feel a little suported and a looot of advice lol 

About me:
23 years old, 57kg and 175 cm
My current breast size 32.6 and 34, they are separated so... No boobs Sad there's no breast tissue in the top so they do a ski slope effect
I've low estrogens and progesterone, normal prolactin and high testosterone, DHEA and FSH (i've black thick hairs in my chin, arms, chest...)
My body temperature use to be low and changes a lot, few hours ago i was 35ºC, now I'm almost 37ºC... i have a high metabolism and my thyroid seems to be ok. I think that as a child my stress disbalanced my hormones so i didn't grow almost anything as a teenager... My mum and her sisters have little boobs too, but my grandmothers both have big breasts. 
I tried pituitary and apart from giving me something like an allergy, it didn't rise much my body temp. Now i'm taking a tablespoon of coconut oil and i'm considering to try kelp. As i already have other seaweeds for cooking, maybe they would do a similar effect?
I'm studying chinese pharmacopoeia and chemistry, so for me this is like an in vivo experiment  Cool

Current program
Bo cream inspired by miss mad scientist recipe, with 15 drops of spearmint to low testosterone in breasts area.
2 bo swanson pills at night (doing a rest week during my period)
Vitex from swanson in the morning and night
4 tablespoons of breers yeast for the vitamins and minerals
Se, Ca, Mg, Zn and vit D supplement
Creatin, whey and glutamine after exercise (which i do in the evening)
Maca during my rest week
1/2tablespoon of reishi+Bunch of mint infusions to low androgens
Massage and pumping as much as i can (even i'm having a little trouble with the pumping)
500mg vit C+ 100mg alfa lipoic acid 
Ctp (a very powerful H detoxifying)  

I've been listening for almost a month a subliminal that i made and also use to listen some hipnosis in youtube for breast enhacement even i'm sure that it's not 10% as effective as  going to a professional but...€€€

In this two days i've noticed (growing Huh Huh ) pains, specially in the morning, and that my areola and breasts are sooo sensitive (i think i've never feel this way as a teenager). Today i pumped a little and seem to be fuller in the top but i'm in luteal phase so who knows...
 
Thinking on adding:
Zhi mu (topical?)
White peony (my pharmacopea teacher adviced me to take it to low my internal heat lol)
Kelp
Full fat yoghurts 

What i expect
I don't have any size in mind, i just want that my boobs are noticible and look good and feminine even braless... Maybe a C cup would look great  Blush

About me: I’m 19 turning 20 in a few months. I’m 5’1, 100lbs, and a 32D to DD (it fluctuates). It’s very hard for me to gain weight but easy for me to lose. Almost every-time I get on the scale it says exactly 100. I want to be at least 105. I want to start NBE but first I want to correct any hormonal issues and be in good health. I’m also unsure if it’s safe to start now at my age. I’m hearing mixed opinions. I just want to balance out my hormones, get less body hair, become more curvy, gain a more weight, and become more feminine overall. My dream breast size is a 32F. 

I have decent sized breasts and ass but my hip bones ruin my dream womanly figure. Is there chance that they’ll widen out since I’m still developing? I have hip dips, but I want to have a curvy hourglass shape. My waist size is small (23-25”) but my hips don’t push out or curve at all. Because of this I feel less feminine. No offense to anyone out there who has hip dips, but I just personally don’t like them on me. 

I have a high amount androgens because I get a lot of hair around my nipples, a couple under my chin, lots on my side burns, lots on my back, and my buttocks. Just everywhere basically. I just don’t have a beard. My hair grows back quick. In 24 hours. I also used to get insanely horny a lot I think for a young girl but it’s toned down now since I’m DONE with the opposite sex for the time being LOL.  

Other health issues: gluten sensitivity, keratosis pilaris, tinea verisicolor, hyperhidrosis, PMS, and (estrogen dominance?)

My period is pretty regular but very heavy at the beginning of the cycle. I also experience heavy cramping, nausea, vomiting, irritability, and fatigue the first 2 days. Then it is very light and I get light to no cramping. 

These are the supplements I have and how much is one pill. I’m lost on how to cycle them and what should be my dosages and such: 

For NBE & hormone balance I have:
Vitex Extract (capsule)  500mg 
White Peony Root Extract (Paeonia Lactiflora) (capsule)  500mg
Shatavari Extract 40% Saponins (capsule)  500mg

For general health: 
Women’s One Rainbow Light Multivitamin 
Hyland’s Bioplasma (A combination of twelve cell salts) 
Cod Liver Oil (soft-gel)  530mg (for kp)
Dedicated Beef Liver (capsule)  500mg (for kp) 

I used to treat my body terribly and eat absolute crap during high school. I’ve decided to start taking care of my body. I’ve stopped eating dairy (I eat it way too much (xenoestrogens)) and gluten. I oil pull with sunflower oil every morning. Here’s my diet so far: 

Breakfast: 
Smoothie  
4 tbsps Rice bran & germ, 4 tbsps brewers yeast, 1/2 tbsp sunflower butter, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp cocao powder, 1 banana 
3 scrambled eggs 

Midmorning/lunch:
Green juice 
mixed with vitae essence green juice powder, lemon juice (sometimes including peel), apple, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 tbsp diatomaceous earth, and 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
(Solid food portion depends but I try to have healthy portions, and protein + carbs)

Snack:
Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, fruit, fermented veggies, gluten free crackers, garlic dip, etc.

Dinner:
Tea (depends, but I usually have dandelion root, red raspberry, peppermint, nettle, etc.) 
(Solid food portion depends but I try to have healthy portions, and protein + veggie + carbs)

Before bed:
2 tbsp Coconut oil (internally for tinea versicolor)
Breast massage with sesame seed oil 

Workout 3x week mostly strength training no cardio 

Any advice, suggestions is greatly appreciated, thank you!

AA cup Breast and needs help!

Hello; the name’s reallyflat or just call me flat lol. And well the name really corresponds to what i’m having right now.

Yes, really small boobs. This was all because i did one mistake. Fast weight loss. I had normal sized boobs (a B cup) before and regret doing the diet. Tried gaining weight and it’ll never go to my boobs which frustrates me. 

Now that having a normal weight made me healthier, my boobs were still small as FK. Trying massage right now with coconut oil and hope it works. I hope it does grow. Afraid of trying herbs because i’m still 18 and i don’t want to mess up my hormones. 

Are there any other options other than massaging? I want to do pumping but if i had to be honest the shipping is expensive to my country.

Hello beautiful people!

I've been lurking on the forum since 2015 but i haven't started my nbe journey until earlier this year lol anyway straight to the point, here's how i grew my breasts in the last 3 months 

Stats:
Started on Feb 8, bust line : 82 cm 
May 8, bust line: 85 cm

My program: 

1st month : 500 mg Swansons BO( 1st week, then 1000mg for the rest 3 weeks) , 160 mg pituitary glandular , 2000mg MSM , 10 g gelatin, vitamin b complex ( royal jelly ) + being on a calorie surplus ,,,,,,,,, massaging for 30 min ,,,,,,,, noogling for 30 min as well + applying isosensuals enhance breast enlargement cream

2nd month:  the same as before  minus the vit b complex,,,,, i increased my noogling session for 2h a day

3d month: just like the 2nd month,,,,,however i did 1250 mg of  BO 

I just want to tell you guys that i didn't see any growth the 1st two months except for some swelling though i was feeling some pain,,,, however i did notice after increasing my bo dosage that the pain was somewhat more frequent, ,my breasts were itching  etc,,,, and so when i finally measured i was all of a sudden 85cm! So i guess i grew a little over  a cup in one month. Super grateful and happy

Anyway, now im taking a one month break from supplements but im still massaging and noogling

I am doing this regiment from MissMadScientist, I just started. I'm taking 25g flaxseed and 25g Soy Flour full fat (both 2 times a day, after I wake up and before going to bed) sometimes I will take a probiotic capsule together with the night time regiment.

I want to introduce fenugreek to this. I bought a capsule extract that corresponds for 5000mg each capsule fenugreek. Does anyone can help me how I should be taking fenugreek? 

Can anyone help me find my size as well. I looked at a website, but it just mde more confused.
I have 77cm measuering around the nipples and 70cm under my breats.

Hi everyone!
I'm making this post because I need advices.

I'm a 19 years old female
current statistics:
weight: 95 pounds/43 kg (I'm only 4"11/1m50 so not underweight, just a bit on the thin side)
underbust: 27" breast: 30" (not sure what cup size I am, I suppose I'm an AA?)
waist: 22.5"  butt: 34"

My goal would be to have more side boob, maybe a c cup. Is it realistic?
 I would also like to keep my general shape as it is, one of my main reason for wanting to gain a cup size is to look more proportionate.

I started taking fenugreek and pueraria mirifica a bit less than a week ago. Currently I'm taking 1800 mg of fenugreek per day (2x300mg with each meal) and 1000 mg of pueraria (1x500mg with breakfast and dinner). Is this good enough?

Hello!

I have been lurking for a few years now since I was 18 but I didn't want to start at such a young age. now that I am 22 I finally decided to try herbal enhancements. 
I'm currently around 115 pounds, 5'3 and in between a 32AA and 32A. I don't fully fill a 32a. I was wondering if my program is okay. I started last week taking only one of each but I slowly want to ramp it up. So far no side effects.

I am currently taking

maca 525mg (naturesway): 2 per day
fenugreek 610mg(naturesway): 2 per day
Saw palmetto 160mg (now foods, they are berries): 2 per day

and I am using red clover extract for massage. 

I was wondering what is the maximum I can and should take of each? Have any of you experienced growth from these and are they a good combination? Do any of you recommend something I should add?

Hello everyone I am new in this forum, I have done a lot of research on the topic related to breast augmentation but it has never worked for me, that causes depression and anxiety because I am very self-conscious and that affects the way I seen and my life in general, that's why I decided to try the program MissMadScientist's Flaxseed & Soy method, the only problem is that I can´t find the Full Fat Soy flour I only have flaxseed and as a replacement for Full Fat Soy flour   I thought i can use soy protein or isoflavones, the problem is that I do not know how much I should take ... a spoonful, teaspoon ... I do not know and I can´t measure it in grams or any metric measure because I do not have scales only measuring spoons. I would be very grateful for your help ... thanks!!!!

Hi everyone!

After lurking for a few months I've decided to take the plunge as well Rolleyes
My breasts have always been small (I'm 28), and I like smaller breasts and I'm an active person, son I prefer workout-friendly breasts as well. But since I was in the military and got quite skinny, my breasts got kind of flat on top. I'm not a fan. I would like them to go back to be being more full and I would also like them to be a bit bigger.

This is pretty much what I want to achieve (I'm slightly bigger than the first drawing here) Big Grin

Here is what I'm starting out with the following (everything in the evening):

BO nipple cream during the night (I started getting a rash after wearing nipple covers both night and day)
- I use alcohol to remove keratin. I'm a little afraid the alcohol is bothering my poor nipples though...

Pills:
BO 750 mg
PG 80 mg
Kelp 225 mcg
SP 540

Shake:
HMB 1,5 g
L-tyrosin 1 g
NAC 1,5 g
MSM 2 g
Colostrum/protein powder 30-50 g

I body temperature is too low. Usually between 36,5-36,7 degrees celcius. I might try to do intermittent fasting along with the supplements, as I've heard that raises the temperature in some people.

I have been doing this for a week and so far no soreness or itchiness. My nipples seem a little more sensitive, which might you be because of the nipple covers. I plan on keep upping the BO dose slowly until I get a reaction (probabbly not to more than 1500 mg though).

Also - my diet isn't awesome right now. I plan on switching to a ketogenic diet (have been on and off keto the past few months. My skin and stomach really appreciate it, when I eat keto).

If you have any recommendations, please let me know! I'd be happy to hear your suggestions and experiences.

Hello ladies!

So, I thought yesterday I have to track my progress . I mean, I've been two years here doing experiments myself, and learning from others as well, but I never had the courage to post pictures of myself and less, to track my progress. I guess due to anxiety , but since I am working on getting out from my comfort zone I am sure this is a good idea, not just for me but other members as well . I learnt a lot through other users , so if I can help someone I am beyond grateful. Blush


My background can be found on Pumping section, "Noogling 12 months..." but I want to highlight my current situation : A LOT has changed the last two years, my body inclusive. From being very skinny and sick, to becoming chubby and getting back into shape this year. That's the brief story lol. 

My goal is to be 96cm (37.5") bust, 77cm (30") underbust. Currently I am 85cm (33.4") and 77cm (30"). My highest measurement was last summer, 91 cm (35.8") and 82cm (32.2" ) underbust. But I have to admit I was overweight (10kg/22 pounds extra) and having health issues, so I had no other choice to loose weight. I did, around 5kg and I stayed at 91cm bust/ 79 cm underbust in October. In Dec 2017 , I lost 10kg already and I was 87.5cm/79cm underbust , with the help of pumping I got the chance to maintain something. But I got sick on Xmas Eve, loosing 4.5kg so I got 84cm/75cm underbust. 
2018 started, so I had tons of Resolutions to achieve lol, but firstly was to gain muscle . After six months , I can say I've gained 4kg of muscle and 1k of fat, meaning that I got more underbust than bust, but well, I got 1cm with maintenance (pumping 3-4h weekly) and gaining some weight. 

I haven't been pumping a lot due to some personal problems but I did the maintenance and I am happy , I can't deny I could get better "score" lol but this is a journey in the end, and I've learnt to be patience on this. However, I have been making different experiments on vacuum therapy (I am planning to write an ebook on this, too much information lol) and I started BO nipple cream experiment in May officially (minimum dosage right now, you can look for it on BO section).
Finally, my personal issues seem to come to an end, so I can focus on training better and vacuum therapy (and the ebook!) . My current experiment is based on RocketMelon Vacuum methodology : pumping more than 1h daily, breaking the sessions in two or three times. I am doing this since last week, and well, among BO I can say I feel growth pain , little, but I do. 

My idea is to do Rocket's method for 3-4 months and see what happens. In the beginning of this journey I thought pumping more than 1h daily was a chaos, but reading her threads and another users from Noogleberry's forum I made up my mind. 

What I can tell for sure is pumping does work and helps with breast shape . I mean, I have lost 10kg in six months and 15% of body fat in 10 months and I lost the perkiness I got from pumping between 2016-2017 lol.

Anyway, my current measurements are 85cm bust / 77cm underbust.  My goal is to be 89.5cm bust for the end of August and maintain underbust. Oh and yes, SHAPE. (Massage Massage Massage).

My program is going to be pumping 4h daily in June, and still deciding for July&August if 4h or 5h. Also , I'll stick to my BO program

Hi everyone, 

Thank you so much for all of your help! I only discovered the forum about a week ago but I have already learned SO much from all of you. 

I've heard that there aren't a lot of people on the forms anymore but if anyone is out there that could please review my program and let me know what you think because I want to make sure that I'm on the right track. Any suggestions are welcome! Even if you aren't an expert I'm sure you have more experience than I do so feel free to comment with any advice that you may have. 

Okay so this is what I'm thinking of for my program: 

Pumping and Massages: 

-Female deer and Chi 2x a day for 5-10 minutes each. (once before pumping) - with coconut oil and spearmint cocoa butter.

- A warmed up bean bag to lay across my chest for a couple minutes to heat up my chest before pumping.

-Pumping with the bosom beauty for 1-3 hours every day. Probably about 1.5-2 most days.
(possibly taking breaks for a few minutes after each 30 minute session? Opinions?)

-Applying heat bag to my chest again right after pumping as I fall asleep. 

 
Oral: 

- Fenugreek tablets
- MSM tablets
- Ground cold-pressed flax seeds. 
- BO (As I go to bed with my heat pack)

Tracking my progress: 

- Photos (braless and with a bra)
- Measuring once a week or every two weeks (I don't want to obsess and drive myself crazy)
- Journal logging: Massage time, pumping time and level, swelling, how long the rings take to disappear, how consistent I am with my oral routine and the amounts, how I am filling out my bras, and size in measurements. 


So a couple of questions:

1. Any suggestions on how much of each of the oral supplements I should be taking? I've done some research but I don't know if them being combined changes anything. I am a 5'7'' female, 23 years old and about 110 pounds if that helps. 

2. Can the ground flax seed be used topically if I mix it with oil or will that not work at all? Should I maybe just buy some fenugreek oil on amazon? 

3. How much do I have to keep warm with the BO? Will going to bed with a heat pack be sufficient or do I need to keep warm 24/7? And does my entire body temperature need to be kept up or is just my chest enough? I was thinking of maybe putting small heat packs in my bra during the day. 

4. Is a little soreness (internally) normal after pumping? It almost feels like I did a lot of push-ups yesterday!

So far I have all of the supplements except for the BO and I did the bosom beauty for 30 minutes the first day and an hour the second day. I only received it two days ago. I notice a little bit of swelling but it seems to go away in a couple minutes after removing the cups. 

I want to try pumping for two years and I will probably stick with the oral part of the plan for at least 3 months or longer before changing anything unless something doesn't agree with my body. I know I should probably take some breaks from pumping every few months so I will do that.

After being a long-time lurker, I finally decided to make an account and become an active member of the community. What really prompted me to do this was nearly booking a breast augmentation appointment next week and realizing it just wasn't worth the money, pain, or health implications. Therefore, I have turned to more natural methods. Though I've tried PM before, this time I decided I wanted to invest in better quality supplements (after all, anything is cheaper than a $10,000 boob job!)

Follicular Phase
• 1 tablet of 99% PM

• Focus on eating foods that contain phytoestrogen

Phytoestrogen comes in handy when your estrogen levels are low, then phytoestrogen takes over and helps increase your breast size. Studies have shown that phytoestrogen tablets have increased the size of the breast tissue in pre-menopausal women, and lots of delicious foods contain it, so there's no harm in adding them to your diet. Here are some foods that are rich in phytoestrogen:
- Nuts such as pistachios, walnuts, cashews, and chestnuts
- Beverages such as red wine, white wine, black tea, and green tea
- Fruit such as peaches, strawberries, and raspberries
- Flax seeds
- Green beans and winter squash

Along with taking the above supplements, I also plan on massaging my breasts using circular inward motions whenever I find time, as well as using Chiyomilk's fat brushing massaging method. I will use the flaxseed oil to massage with.

• Weight: 105 pounds (trying to gain weight and reach 112 but my metabolism is really fast so it's hard!)

I currently wear a 32A bra (and don't even fill it all the way), although I am going to try a 30B to see if it fits better. I've uploaded a photo of my current situation.

Program 2 months in! (PM, Herbs, Nutrition, Massage, Pics)

Hey, everyone! I've been lurking for a few months researching programs and herbs, and I finally feel like I am coming to a point where I feel comfortable posting my own program and progress. I've always been tall, thin, prone to acne, and a little "bottom-heavy" (something no one seems to mind ;D) and I had an eating disorder as a young teenager and feel that I may have stunted some of my natural breast growth then, leaving me with small 32B breasts now in my mid-twenties. I always assumed that, once I was secure in my career, I'd pay for implants, but reading the stories of capsular contracture, infection, implants traveling and the resulting deformities, not to mention the need to get new implants every ten years for maintenance, I decided that I didn't want to go down that route. So, naturally, looking into fat transfers follows, only problem is: who has $10,000 to spend on a surgery in which surgeons freely admit that up to 80% of the fat will be reabsorbed? I'm out on that for now, too. So finally, I remembered that a friend in college experimented with herbal breast enhancement, and they saw results! Why shouldn't I give that a try? So, here I am, as you all are, too.

My regimen:

1) Days 1-15: 500mg Pueraria Mirifica

The first herb that attracted me was PM, for its potency and for its reported safety among the Thai communities that have used it for millennia. Not to mention, multiple sources report it reduces the incidence of breast cancer, which is important when we are basically taking these herbs to cause mastogenesis. I take 500mg daily from days 1-15 of my cycle. My choice to do so this way was based on the consensus that this is the method most in line with our natural spikes of estrogen. I have been taking Barlowe's Herbals, which is working well, but I bought my pills prior to becoming aware of Ainterol, the apparent gold standard for PM. I may switch to Ainterol when my supply runs out.

Interestingly, Ainterol has a 66-participant study on their website stating that more people experienced breast growth while taking 400mg PM BID rather than daily (28/34 saw breast growth at 800mg for 15 days as opposed to 3/32 taking 400mg daily for 15 days). This study only took place over two months, and PM is supposed to really show cumulative effects from 3 months of use onward, so take that with a grain of salt. I will continue at 500mg for the next few months, but if growth plateaus, I may increase to 500mg BID for the first 15 days.

2) Every day: 400mg Vitex

I know that the popular consensus is to use PM with Progesterone Cream to stave off estrogen dominance, but the side effects of progesterone cream are scary. Because you are self-measuring the dose, it seems easy to overdose on PC, and there is little consensus as to whether to apply daily, every other day, and how much to use. Finally, progesterone cream is stored in fat tissue, seems to metabolize fairly slowly, and can cause adrenal fatigue and an excess of progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone when used in excess. I read accounts of people developing heart palpitations and experiencing fluid retention while taking PC, and I decided it may be safer to start with a progesterone-modulating herb, such as Vitex. Vitex stimulates the pituitary gland to release LH, inhibit the release of FSH, and modulate the ratio of estrogen to progesterone, favoring an increase in progesterone.

***Note: I am contemplating adding daily shatavari, OR doing the GetCurvyNow regimen of Day 1-15: 500mg PM, Day 16-28: Breast Actives. The two should not be combined at the same time, but one for the first half of the cycle, one for the second, may be fine. I want to do a few months of just PM and vitex and nutritional modifications first, then think about adding another estrogenic supplement. Breast Actives is the best-reviewed combination herbal supplement, with Fennugreek, Wild Yam, Dong Quai, Blessed Thistle, Fennel, Dandelion, Kelp, Watercress, and Vitamin E.***

3) Every day: 50mg Zinc and 2 cups of spearmint green tea

Zinc is purported to be an anti-androgen, which is why I have added it in. In addition, it helps boost immune function, which is beneficial for me due to my job in a hospital (I'm not a doctor or pharmacist). Spearmint is a well-known anti-androgen, specifically, it decreases free testosterone, with two cups of tea daily being the dosage necessary to reduce hirsuitism in women with PCOS. Green tea is a 5-a Reductase Inhibitor, with prevents the conversion of T to DHT ("active testosterone"). Saw Palmetto is also a 5-a Reductase Inhibitor.

***Note: White Peony is also a 5-a Reductase Inhibitor, as well as an aromatase (aromatic?) herb, which promotes the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. It also increases low progesterone, and thus may be a good adjunct to or replacement for Vitex.***

***Note 2: There seems to be an inverse relationship between progesterone and testosterone, as many pro-progesterone herbs are also antiandrogenic. I'll look into this, or maybe someone else has the knowledge and can share?***

4: Nutrition:

Thank you, MissMadScientist, for your nutritional program! I am trying to eat 2 TBSP flaxseed with yogurt and berries daily (estrogenic), and I add 2 TBSP full fat soy flour to a glass of whole milk, which I drink in the AM.

Also, thank you, surferjoe2007, for your tip about pumpkin seeds (not to mention all the herbal info he shared). I eat about 2 or 3 TBSP pumpkin seeds daily for their antiandrogenic properties.

5: Massage:

I strive for two massages daily, consisting of 360 rotations of the chi massage on each breast and a lymph massage. Sometimes it's only one, if I'm busy. I massage with Evening Primrose Carrier Oil and Ylang Ylang Essential Oil. I plan to buy PM serum and add this to my evening primrose oil.

6: Pumping:

I've only been at this for two months, and have seen some growth, so I have not bought a Noogleberry. If growth slows, I may, but NBE is expensive and I need to prioritize lol! I do see the value in pumping and a lot of people seem to grow quite a bit from doing so, but I'm trying to dip a toe in at a time and don't care too much about rapid growth, as long as I have steady growth.

Hey guys! I need help!
I have always had an AAA cup, no matter my weight. Right now I am 58 kilos 173 cm, my weight has been between 52 and 61 kilos and my breasts were never affected. I’m very bottom heavy but also have a tiny waist.... anyways  I have gotten a hormone panel done and I am so confused... it came out that I have way too much testosterone, my estrogen and progesterone are normal but both pretty low and I am estrogen dominant. My estrogen/progesterone ratio is 60, normal starts from 100. My free testosterone is 69 pg/ml (normal <49). 
I started spearmint tea and flaxseeds and my noogleberry is on the way. It is really difficult to find programs for my unusual hormone constellation ...
I would think I should take vitex, the question is should I be taking estrogens too in the first 15 days of my cycle ? Like PM? Or something else? I did try out hops cream like 5 years ago and got a lump in my boob and stopped after like 2 weeks ....

Hi girls, This is my last chance, herbs don’t work for me. I’m fat and flat, everything i tried made me fatter and increased my cellulite. This is ok for skinny girls, not for my big tights and butt. 
MY program right now is just MSM and vit C. Today is my 3rd day. I read this worked for some girls in the hair forum. 
Right now i’m taking 2000mg of msm and 500 mg of vit c. I’ll increase the dose soon.

Hi everyone. I am fairly new to NBE. I started around 4 years ago, but I quit soon after. I was recently motivated to start up again (May 2018) and I’m so glad I did! 

I have 3 kids and breastfed them all. I was always small before being pregnant (34 b), but feel flatter, less perky and more deflated now. Hoping to go up in cup size as well as plump up and not be so flat anymore!

My program is simple. I pump and recently started massaging after some great advice from fellow members. I’ve mainly done pump and hold and recently started doing pump and release (10:5).

Naturaful/Sublime bust?

Heyyy you all, been a while that I’ve been here. Tried a few things, didn’t exactly see any results. has  anyone of you tried naturaful or sublime bust and if you have, what was your experience? Did you guys notice any difference with it? Did you grow in cup size or just got a little more cleavage ?

hello again, looking at my local market I found fenugreek, but I know that by itself it may not work for NBE so I would like to complement it with other options however I can not get many of the products that are normally used because I live in a very small town and I do not have a card to buy online ... the options I have are ground flaxseed, cumin, thyme, licorice, parsley, anise and cumin. I do not know much about hormones or cycling, I take birth control pills and I have been taking soy isoflavones and flaxseed but when I have an increase  1 or 2 centimeters it disappears with the days is very rare and frustrating. I thank you very much for your help: 3 sorry for my bad english. I´m 20 years old girl. [Image: blush.gif]
