How I accidentally grew 3 cup sizes (flat chested to 32C)

Hello lovelies,

I'm new here but I've searched this site because a while ago I accidentally grew 3 cup sizes and I was so shocked and I started to wonder why. I don't have any before pics because I wasn't really trying to grow my breast, but now that I have I want to continue my journey and I also want to help others who like me was completely flat chested and are trying to break through that.

Okay, so a little about me. I'm 28, I'm a biological female. I'm Asian and Black and some other stuff lol. I've been flat chested pretty much all my life. 

When I was 18 and realized that I pretty much was screwed in the bosom department, I researched and tried all different types of NBE to get my breasts growing. I tried Breast Actives for 6 months with no results, I tried a chewing gum (don't remember the name for 6 months, I also tried different breast creams, also with no results. 

When I was 20 or so I got on birth control just because my sister got on it and got beautifully clear skin and a much bigger chest (she went from a b cup to DD cups). So, of course, I thought how wonderful and did the same because I was suffering from terrible acne. It cleared my skin to an extent and I went from no cups to a very small A cup. I stayed on it for about a year and a half and then got off because I still had breakouts and I wasn't growing any so I didn't see the point (also the long term side effects scared me). Almost immediately after my skin broke out so severely I suffered from depression and did not want to go outside without makeup ever. My skin didn't recover until about a year after. 

So fast forward to when I turned 24. Still a small A cup. But I ended up going raw vegan for medical reasons and also for ethical reasons. I had a terrible immune system, and suffered from debilitating headaches and dysmenorrhea (extremely painful periods) which I've suffered from since the start of my menses. Once I became raw vegan I noticed that my skin was the best it had ever been, my period became shorter (from 7-9 days to 3-4 days) and they were also not painful anymore. I also noticed that my small A's had become a full A cup, almost a B cup. I think this was because being raw vegan helped balance out my hormones tremendously. But I only did that for a little over a year, because being raw isn't really sustainable (though I still try to eat raw every now and then). 

When I was 26, I strayed away from my vegan diet and started eating dairy again. My health started to deteriorate almost immediately. My eyes had like this wierd yellow hue to it, I was sick all the time again, I suffered debilitating and longer period again, basically it was horrible. After maybe a little over half a year I went back to veganism and I became more impassioned because I watched lots of documentaries. I had to start all over and balance my hormones again but I didn't want to go full raw vegan again, so I just ate vegan but focused on foods that balanced out hormones. Mainly, I ate a lot of figs (mostly dried but sometimes fresh if I could find them). Every day I tried to eat a couple of figs for about half a year. I also stopped wearing bras during this time. I also started taking 1 tsp of MSM with my green juice every morning (I put 1/2 tsp of green tea matcha in my green juice too). All this combined, after a while I noticed my breasts were even fuller but I didn't know that I had grew a cup size until much later when I finally decide to measure myself. Not wearing bras, I also noticed that my breasts eventually went from pathetically sagging to happy and perky which improved the shape greatly and also gave the illusion that my breasts were bigger. It took about half a year for me to notice this but I thought maybe it was all in my head, but after a year I definitely knew that my breast had grown a bit. 

So when I was flat chested I was a 32 underbust and 32 1/2 overbust. Then later on after I became vegan for a while I got remeasured by a bra fitting shop and I was a 32 underbust, and 33 1/2 to 34 around my bust. Now I'm a 32 underbust and 35 - 35 1/2 inch overbust. That's 3 cup sizes that I didn't even try to gain. I'm a 32 C now by measurement, but I haven't worn a bra in ages so I don't know how I look in a 32C. Also, in my opinion I still look like I have teenage boobs. I never realized how small 32C breasts look like. Don't get me wrong, it's defintiely a big change and steps above being flat chested, but I always assumed C cups are when your breasts are spilling out of your shirt. Of course now I'm more eductated on Bra sizes and realize this isn't always the case. 

To sum it up, on how I achieved this: I just focused on eating foods that balanced my hormones. I omitted dairy completely because I found this to be the key factor that was throwing my hormones out of whack. I ate healthier (vegan diet though I'm not sure if this is necessary). I also became more holistic and I stopped doing things that I figured was bad for my health (painting my nails, buying products that weren't all natural, etc.). I started taking 1 tsp MSM with my daily green juice powder mix. I also try to sub 1 meal a day with a heavily nutritioned vegan protein shake but that doesn't always happen. I don't wear bras anymore (because I think they are the reason why my breasts were so saggy. My pectoral muscles weren't being worked so they couldn't hold my breasts up without bras. Hope that makes sense).

Some things that I have started doing now to continue on my NBE journey is I massage my breast every day, twice a day for a few minutes. I don't really time it but it's anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes. I use shea butter or flaxseed oil or msm lotion. I also use that for my stretchmarks on my thighs and butt. I just got a noogleberry last week, and I've been using it everyday for atleast an hour. Sometimes I do 30 minutes on my smaller breast, then I put both cups on and do 1 hour. I always massage my breasts before and after with lotion or the oils I mentioned but only for a few minutes, but I haven't noticed much of a difference. When I measure myself after noogling I'm at 36 inches or sometimes 36 1/2 inches, but it doesn't stay throughout the day. I've only been doing it for a week though. I also started doing MissEllen's personal program http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.ph...=soy+flour (for about a week now) of eating flaxseeds and soy flour but I don't drink the milk because I avoid dairy at all costs. I mix 1 tbsp of soy flour, 1 tbsp of grounded flaxseeds, and 1 tbsp or Morning Jing (from the Shaman Shack for added benefits and to make it taste better) with 1/2 cup plant based milk (lately I've been mixing 1/2 cup soy milk with 1/2 cup of macadamia nut milk because I like the way it taste). I take this mix twice a day, first thing in the morning after I drink my green juice and once before I go to bed. 


Other things I should mention: I drink Moon cycle tea from Yogi when I come on to help with the mild period pains I now have. I also take a plantbased multivitamin when I come on my period and I try to take it up until the end of my period. I also take a multivitamin when I feel like I ate crappy that day. Throughout the day I drink water with a drop of peppermint oil in it. I also am a tea fanatic and I have different assortments of tea that I drink during the day based on what I'm in the mood for. Oh, and within the last year I've also put on some extra weight, but my weight has always been up and down and it never gets distributed to my boobs unfortunately. Now, I'm trying to lose about 15 pounds, but hopefully since I'm noogling my breasts won't go down!

Honestly that is all I can think of that may have propelled me from being completely flat chested to a 32C. I think what really is important is balancing your hormones and taking care of your body. My goal is now to be a 32DD!

I'm also willing to show pictures of what my breasts look like now, but I really don't have any before pics, but like I said I was compltely flat chested until I was about 20 and then I was a very small A cup.
